Pros: How easy it was to return the vehicle
Cons: There was a huge line up when we arrived to pick up the car Next after waiting a long time the car i reserved wasn't available and the agent tried to get us to take a very large SUV. We refused and she said that most of the cars were rented and that we didn't really have a choice. We ended up with an Audi that really was too big which made driving around Ireland somewhat stressful. And the agent didn't really answer our questions about how to plug in the navigation device or how anything else wo
Cons: The agent pressuring me to add insurance above and beyond what I purchased through Discover Cars. She also indicated that the insurance through Discover would not cover any damages.
Cons: The mercedes we picked up in Stansted London needed a wash
Cons: Had trouble finding the car in the rental lot. Car had a damaged tire that had been partially repaired before we rented it and it ended up failing and we had to buy a new tire. We were very lucky it didn’t cause us to have a wreck. It was unsafe to rent out this car to us. Car also had trash and other items under the seats that were left by previous renter. No one would answer the phone or emails when I tried to contact Enterprise through the emergency line and the main phone and also email.
Pros: Agent was really helpful. Car was great and clean
Cons: Drop off is terrible, Wasn't clear for us where to drop off. So it took long to find to right spot.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 8 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Visa Electron, Cash, Cheques, Diners, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Travel to the following territory(ies): United Kingdom, Northen Ireland is allowed.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
