Cons: Seemed like it took an hour for the shuttle to pick us up but was prob closer to 35 - 40 min

Cons: The gave my a car with a crack windshield and a dashboard light blinking (clutch heating up)as soon as I got in the car for the car to give up on me the next day! Lost a day of my trip to Ireland … bummer!

Pros: Quick pickup, clean car, quick drop-off. Had a minor problem on the road, one call and they sent someone to fix it rapidly, very happy with the service from Entreprise...

Cons: Too many. We were given the car key at 12pm, but the rental charges started at 11am. We lost 1 hour of rental time.

Pros: They were very helpful and upgraded me to a larger car as no other car was available. Due to a traffic jam in the city centre, I was going to be late when returning the car. I rang the Dublin airport rental office and explained the situation and the assistant, Adina, understood my situation and told me to mention it upon return. There was no problem when I finally arrived at the rental office.

Cons: I would have someone to take me to the car, the garage at the airport is to wide and the number of the parking was wrong

Pros: pick up and drop off was fast. The car is great and has built in GPS.

Cons: The had several minor issues: 1) the tire pressure sensor was malfunctioned. 2) the USB C connection between the car and phone (for GPS) is not reliable, and basically not functioning well. Luckily, the car GPS works well.

Pros: Abbey was very helpful when we returned the car!!

Pros: The service desk was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the lot was quick. The staff had us in our car and on our way before we knew it.

Cons: Mostly they were great. We probably should have been debriefed on how to manually shift this car into reverse (I've driven for years, but never seen anything like that!). The car was very difficult for anyone taller than 5'6" to get into or drive. I'm over 6-foot. I suspect there were better "fits" for me at our price range. Check in was easy ... but the crew didn't remind me to hand over the electronic access remote. I remembered to turn it in at the Enterprise Airport rental desk!

Pros: I was pleasantly greeted when we returned our car in Dublin. The young man was so helpful and very polite.

Cons: When we arrived they made us wait outside in the cold. Not sure why we had to wait for a young lady who was already busy helping someone else? It looked like there were at least 4 employees available.

Pros: Ahmed was great. Having a small car on the very narrow roads along the southwest coastal area.

Cons: Our car wasn't ready and the agent insisted that a larger car they wanted to substitute was a benefit to us. We insisted on having the smaller car we originally reserved but had to wait an exceptionally long time for it.

Pros: Fast during pick-up and response after drop-off to inform the condition during drop-off. Courteous staff at front office, in particular Aaron who provided clear explanation on the rental

Cons: The on-line booking stated the drop-off to be at the rental depot. However, the front desk clarified that the drop off is at the terminal which is very convenient - would be useful if this info is given during the booking stage
