Pros: Fast service
Cons: Car was older, dirty and had various damage.
Pros: Drop-off was very quick.
Cons: There were some issues when Herz asked a large deposit. Too large for my credit card. And then for some reason the deposit was skipped altogether.
Pros: The guy at the service desk was very personable and helpful.
Cons: There's a desk at the Terminal, but basically all they do is tell you to go queue for a bus - waste of time waiting there to be served.
Cons: Had to wait 40 mins for transfer from airport to pick up point. Had to waste a day travelling to nearest Herz depot to exchange car because of faulty brakes on original rental.
Cons: They did not provide me the service I paid for. I had to go off site to collect the car.
