Pros: That it was available at the airport
Cons: The cost is confusing
Cons: The car had many glitches- turned off while I was driving on the highway, including some other times. the parking brake was defective somehow and the car would not move after driving it for about a week, I had to drive quite a distance to get another car. I called for roadside assistance and they never called me back.
Pros: Efficient pick up and drop off, perfect car for the journey.
Cons: No provision for paying with a company card whilst on a company trip. Had to pay myself and claim back as the lead driver. Chap who we picked the car up from could work on his customer service a touch, and forgot to tell us where to drop the car off upon return. Also a cut in a tyre sidewall was found upon return of the car that I am certain didn't occur during our rental. We picked the car up after dark so we couldn't effectively check over it ourselves before driving it.
Pros: Service desk staff very helpful at pick up
Cons: The car was damaged on collection, but with full insurance this was not an issue for return. Front passenger door handle had a screw missing & fell out every time it was used electrics for window were not working. Worst issue, drop off procedure changed day prior to departure to outside the airport. Courtesy bus required. I was travelling with an elderly person with limited mobility & this caused additional problems for accessing airport post drop off due to distance of walking required.
Cons: Car didn’t have tyre repair kit. We lost 5 hours stuck in a remote area waiting for the AA. The breakdown numbers were not responding.
