Pros: We had a leaky tire so had to pay for air every other day to ensure the tire pressure however the car itself was great and very clean

Cons: The tire leaked air daily and upon return we were dropped at terminal 2 and not terminal 1 with all our luggage. Luckily we were not running late.

Cons: Unfortulately during our trip we suffered a blow out with one of the tires. To my surprise the was no spare tire or donut in the truck, just an empty space where one could go and a jack. When we called the the phone number provided to us the gentleman told us the shop was closed and that we would have to pay 250 euros for him to do it since the credit card machines were off line. He wanted to tow us back to Killarney when we were a 1/2 hour outside of Dingle. He told me we couldn’t get it fixed

Cons: Upon arrival the lady I was dealing with at your desk was rude and downright hostile with me for no apparent reason. This did somewhat affect my comfort level when driving but she was the only negative. I will use this company again.

Pros: First trip to Ireland. My wife had a medical emergency after we landed so our pickup time was delayed and they were very very accommodating. The car was immaculate. The desk crew both at pickup and drop-off were so so so very helpful. Everything was seamless and everyone was so freakin nice and happy! Customer service can be very difficult these days with how mean and rude people are, my hat is off to everyone we worked from wether that was via email or in person. Thank you so much!

Pros: Easy drop off even though I was 45 minutes late an agent was at the car park , very reasonable price for 3 days, brand new car

Pros: Staff were very helpful and were able to help with any issues. The car was clean and in good condition.

Cons: The initial price that I was quoted was a lot less then I was charged. Insurance and other fees came to a lot more then I initially thought they would be. The insurance disk that was displayed on the car was also out of date. The car could do with new windshield wipers, visibility was poor when raining.

Pros: We lost out on the petrol, we should have chosen full to full, but the rep sold us the idea of full to empty, it's true we saved time by not having to go to the petrol station in the airport on our return, but we lost out financially because we left a good amount of petrol in the tank, it's not easy to calculate to leave it practically empty.

Cons: They pushed for several extras that I didn't ask for. Had to specifically ask for them to be removed.

Cons: We had pick-up-troubles. The lady on the counter was so extremly unfriendly, she was talking to me, and on her cell on the same time, after that she was texting a whatsapp and this all infront of us. Then she had no keys, and she had to pick them up downstairs, a way of maybe 4minutes, she took 30 and we where waiting with 3 kids. After downstairs, the car was so small even we booked a bigger one for 5 people incl. luggage. Than, the car had no current licence disc and we got a ticket.

Cons: Unclear directions of where to collect the car from. Trying to drop the car off - the yellow button needs to be more obvious - it was v stressful. Perhaps you could give hints about nearest petrol stations to the airport as this was stressful too!

Pros: The lady that attended us on pickup was friendly and professional and quick It was the same on return. The gentleman was quick, attentive and professional. It was the best I have ever experienced in hiring a car.

Cons: Thr car was clean inside but the exterior had not been cleaned thoroughly. It in no way affected the hiring. I guess they had been very busy. It was not a problem.
