Cons: We arrived about an hour early and went to the desk to see about getting the car early and we were told to come back at the time scheduled. I found that surprising that the car wouldn't be ready and it seemed like we were being put off. Also, the rental agreement said pick up in terminal and we had to take the shuttle anyway so I thought the information was a bit misleading. It ended up being no big deal because the car pick up location was not far from the airport.

Pros: Booked a car through you with a company called Flizzr. Nowhere was it stated that this was actually Sixt. There was no Flizzr rental desk so it was totally confusing after a long flight to find the rental. Had to ask strangers. We paid for gps. The car gps didn’t work and the agent could not connect it so he gave us an old fashioned Garmin which was to slow for real time directions and often malfunctioned. We had to use our phone data for the whole trip. I would like a refund for the gps!

Cons: Most important. Need a refund for the GPS!!! GPS did not work. Agent could not resolve. Old style farming did not work either. Had to use a lot of cell phone data at our expense.

Pros: Valentine in Dublin Ireland Airport, made us feel very welcome and the process simple! And I was a bit apprehensive about the process, but Sixt worked well!

Cons: Charges weren’t explained clearly despite me asking several times; fuel charge wasn’t made clear and toll charges weren’t discussed at all, so I paid the tolls only to be told at drop off, that they were already paid by Flizzr. The tyre pressure warning light came on within 10 minutes of driving the car. I checked the pressure and they were all fine. At drop off I was told it was probably just a warning light that needed to be reset.

Cons: Affiliate name not identified, I had to wander around and finally told it was Sixt. Return is offsite of airport 30 mins. "Shuttle" is an uber or taxi one pays for, not explained prior. Drop off site not well `marked, good driving direction instructions, but drove around the block a couple times trying to find it which was in an unmarked parking garage for the Hilton. once inside, return area marked. Would be helpful to note it is in the unmarked garage, and address other issues above.

Cons: I feel like I have been taken advantage of using discoverers.com. My original contract stated that the cost of the car would be around $300 for a week. Upon arrival at the terminal to pick up the car, the price was more than double. I can't find where I was given credit for the $80 that I originally paid to reserve the car. I am very dissatisfied with the whole rental car experience.

I have seen some other companies in Ireland making these types of adapted cars available. Since I have motor disabilities, I had difficulty getting in and out of the vehicle every time due to the absence of the handle placed high above the driver's or passenger's seat which I always recommend you install on all your vehicles

Help desk wanted me to dirve through the whole island of Mallorca to bring back the car or let it towed to the airport due to the low oil level. Cons: When we asked to be taken to the Discovercars location, our driver said he had never heard of it! Not what we wanted to hear. Eventually, we figured out the company was Flizzr. However, we were processed by a Sixt rep, which was confusing. Are Sixt and Flizzr the same company? We still don't know. I thought my paperwork was completed online well beforehand, but the rep had to start our process from scratch. The reason was never given. Also awaiting removal of the deposit on our credit card.

Cons: We waited several hours to pick up the car. An hour after we began driving, the tire pressure light came on. The next day, the oil pressure light came on. We put oil in the car but worried the whole trip aout a flat.

So we were asked to go to Terminal 2 which was a long walk and when we reached Terminal 2, we found 4 customers ahead of us with only one agent serving us. We were standing in line for more than 1.5hrs before we could get help from the agent. We were told that the computer system was down for more than a week and that everything had to be done manually which was causing a long delay. Also in the car pick up I was rushed to drive.

Pros: Terrible car, broke down.Given a dangerous car, tyre needed inflation after 15 km. Oil light can on after 50km, needed a replacement car, 12 faults found by the garage that we visited.Had the car for one day less because of this. The first car should never have been given to us.

Cons: Just a bit raging that I asked for a ve polo or similar and in my eyes a Nissan Micra isn't similar to a VW polo. It was a 191 plate and there was a nasty scratch on the car. Also I think ye need to be a bit more scrupulous when checking the threads of the front tyres.
