Pros: Good price.
Cons: The time taken to pick car up and the pressure to purchase their excess Insurance.
Cons: I reserved different place to return car and when we came on airport, they told us it is not possible. But in reservation we had return car in different place.
Cons: The agent did not explain the insurance implications clearly. And despite me clearly stating I only wanted to pay for the basic rental. I have since found out I was charged for all cover insurance. The various subsidiaries involved are not being particularly helpful or easy to contact and I'm now having to take action to recover losses through my credit card.
Pros: Absolutely nothing - Very unhelpful in assisting with the situation. Customer service offered no refund for the terrible service i received - Had to leave without a car and get taxi's at an additional expense. Money was there on my card but your company would not take payment.
Cons: When i turned up to get the car I gave the man my card and he said he could not take payment from it. The card was a debit card for my main account. I told him i don't own a credit card and that the money was on that debit card ready to go. Was told he couldn't help - Then he said the way round it would be to pay an additional 270Euros for insurance. I explained that i already had additional insurance. Strange the card was fine for insurance - TOTAL SCAM - Left without car, no refund offered
Cons: They owe me €40 and even after emailing, calling several times, showing my bank statements and copies of their own documents are refusing to give me the money they owe me.
