Cons: At the desk a woman was forcing the added insurance that I declined about 6 times and kept saying “well the cars might be unreliable” so you won’t get breakdown insurance, forcing us to buy the added insurance for almost €70 I’m not happy about that I should only have to decline once, the car was brand-new with 13km on the odometer. When we were in the car park and looking for the car I asked where would the car be located on what parking bay and was told quite rudely I would have to find myself

Mileage policy
Mileage is limited in Madrid, Barcelona, Torrevieja, Denia, Benidorm.
For rentals lasting 1 to 3 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals lasting 4 to 6 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
For rentals lasting 7 to 14 days, mileage is limited to 150 km per day.
For rentals of 15 days or more, mileage is limited to 100 km per day. There will be a surcharge for each additional 1km. Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.

Additional information
All refunds (unused fuel, deposit, etc.) are made in EUR even if the customer was originally charged in a different currency when picking up the vehicle.

An administrative fee of 45 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
