Pros: Liked that they met us & took us to the car in Jo'Burg.

Cons: Although I booked a drop off in Cape Town & reminded them of that, in the end, they still expected a drop off in Jo'Burg. Initial booking said 10,000 R for a deposit but they took 20,000 R. It has been 3 days since drop off and deposit has not been returned yet.

Cons: Got conned into an upgrade. 14 seater Toyota. was constantly identified as a taxi as such was excluded from certain areas ( Southbroom ) and car parks. Got pulled over 4 times by police as identified as a taxi. Toyota governed to 100km per hour. Please don’t give international tourists this vehicle it’s not fair and you guys have a duty of care. Not happy Chris Sadler

Pros: Second time I’ve used them. Second time I’ve had to replace my credit card.

Cons: When I dropped of my car, there was no one there. Walked around for 30 minutes looking for someone to take the car. They weren’t respondig to any calls. Almost missed my flight.

Pros: The last pick up they got my info from the previous rentals, which was great and saved time to do the admin part.

Cons: Always there to help, no complaints yet and very friendly staff, and they remember their clients.

Pros: Unfortunately didn’t use your service but would like to have had my refund?

Pros: The reviews made me want to withdraw from the rental but their service surpassed my expectations. They awaited me at the airport and the transition was smooth.

Cons: The crossborder option was not Included during the booking, this came across as a surprise in terms of finances, but they processed them really quick, which was a relief on my side.

Pros: Representatives were very king and we met at the place chosen at my convenience. Wich was highly appreciated

Cons: Problem with the number of seats and type of car at the beginning. The problem was fixed very quickly. Everyone was very kind

Cons: i would love to have received an sms on where to drop off the car. there are several car rental towers and i drove around for ages trying to find 3H and then missed my flight despite getting there 1 hour before my flight. when i got there , there was no one to receive my car so left the keys with another company, my anxiety levels were through the roof. there should be a quicker, easier and more simple place to drop off the cars

Pros: we had an engine problem with the car. The service desk responded within a minute and assisted us to the nearest local dealer.

Cons: we booked a crossborder, but the docs were not provided at the car pick up. It took us more then 1 day and lots of (expensive) long calls to got the correct docs.

Cons: Hard to find the drop off zone at OT airport You need a sign at the parking lot entrance indicating your presence there and where to go I had to take a parking ticket to get i to the parking lot

Pros: Who is green motion now? Car was rented through Discover, sticker on car said Kenny Rentals (or similar), and now there is Green Motion.

Pros: Pick up was fast, efficient and friendly, with meet and greet.

Cons: Could not contact the company by phone on the day of return. Had to find its obscure location off the airport and was almost late for my flight.

Pros: They have no desk on the airport. It take a lot of time to pick and drop the car.

Pros: They were the most affordable and provided us with everything we needed and went above and beyond for us at the drop off. Customer service was fantastic they were calm but they could be a lot better.

Cons: They don’t have an official office. Took a very long time with the car as the information wasn’t correct and we were charged more later for cross borders.

Cons: Difficult to get hold of someone to ask a question. Deposit hasn’t been refunded. Multiple phone calls and emails without any luck or resolution. I wish I had looked at the reviews before using this company!

Cons: Such a company is not even available in the OR Tembo in the Rental company's hall! Do they even exist???

Pros: Bongani who helped us was very helpful and kind. He was personable and we enjoyed dealing with him. Unlike most rental companies, I could text Green Motion via WhatsApp which is helpful when you are travelling abroad. The car itself was fantastic.

Cons: When we received the car, there were none of the car seats I requested already installed so we had to drive a short while to fetch them, all with my 3 small children unsecured which I was uncomfortable with.
