Pros: Although they did not have the car we had booked available, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger car.
Cons: The car that they had upgraded us to was much bigger than we had anticipated, which was great for the equipmemt that we had for the 1 month camping trip to the Kruger that we were doing. However the Rav4 is not great for game viewing: the wing mirrors are huge and take up much of the avaible 'view' out of the side windows and the doors are so high that you can not see what is close by on the road easily out of them. This did impact on our game viewing experience.
