Pros: Car was great and economical, it would have been better of it had a set of floor mats that could be easily taken out to shake out etc and keep carpets in the car clean.

Cons: The damage report given to me on arrival did not include the stone chips on the windscreen, luckily I took my own photos on pick up so did not have to pay for it.

Pros: Staff were quite friendly and displayed willingness to help.

Cons: Staff were great how deceptive in that they told me a different amount of an upgrade and hence overcharged. The equivalent of a car I thought I had booked was out of stock and hence forced to an expensive upgrade. I was given a road unworthy car that I had to return the following day and spent nearly 2hrs trying to get a replacement.

Cons: The Europcar agent was blaming us because we got a basic assurance with the DiscoverCars.com and he didn't want add the full protection. He had the intention to trick us. He billed a deposit higher that the one specified in the website. He gave me a damage form for the car which didn't note small damages. When I checked the car, I got an employee to note those further damages. I had no accident but a day after I return the car, I got an email from the agent, claiming further damage to the car

Pros: They were flexible in solving a mistaken arrival date, with no hassles.

Cons: The car was brand new (64km on the odometer), but was the most basic vehicle imaginable. Renault Kwid with almost none of the usual features found in base-level trim packages.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 875.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee, Rental contract fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): South Africa.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Eswatini, Zambia.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Angola.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
