Pros: Appalling the booked car had been given to someone else and only had a much more expensive car available

Pros: Our hire car was hit whilst parked. Fortunately the person who hit it contacted the police who contacted GreenMotion. They called me. I was expecting paperwork on returning the card but it was all very straightforward and they took charge of everything. Deposit returned no problem.
Cons: Nothing. They even upgraded us on arrival when they saw how much luggage we had! I have read reviews and they don't have the best of reputation but we have used them twice now and have had no problems at all and good experiences both times.
Pros: the car was clean and in perfect conditions. The staff of Free MOTION was very kind and clear to explain the condition of rent a car. The time to wait was very short.

Cons: The car was not as promised ‘VW Up or similar’. It was an old creaky Fiat Panda with nearly 100,000 miles on the clock. Reluctance of assistance on returning the car to allow me to use the loo. She actually lied and said they didn’t have one until I pointed at the door in the corner of the office and that my wife had used it when we picked the car up!

Cons: Car quality appalling. Lots of damage on vehicles and this was not recorded accurately. Refused 2 vehicles because of damage.

Cons: Couldn't get car as i didn't have credit card and they wouldn't accept payment with a debit card so had to go with another car hire company, Express which where very satisfactory.

Cons: Service was fine, although I thought the hire rate was quite high. Paid around £200 for 4 days. I have previously hired a car (a new Citroen c3 sedan) in Lanzarote for a week for just under £100, back in December 2017!!!!
Pros: Worse! I rented the car through Discover Car Hire that has partnered with this awful company called Green Motion. I paid for a Volkswagen UP car or similar, but I was offered an old Panda of the year 2010 with 93,000 kilometers of vehicles. It can not be argued that Panda 2010 is similar because the manufacture of Volkswagen UP did not even exist at that time. the clutch was hard, the internal light was burned, and there was no place to charge the cell phone.
Cons: the cigarette lighter also did not work. I met 4 islands in Greece where I rented the car in another company and had no problems, only with Green Motion, with a fleet of old cars and disrespectful employees had that setback. in addition the car was all grated, with small dents and the gas tank did not come full as combined. It came with gasoline a little over half a tank, I had never seen it before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREEN MOTION.
Cons: The agent who checked out the car did not want to mark up on form dings, etc. on car. While she marked up some, she was hurrying me on. Fortunately we took photos because the agent checking us back in insisted that one of the dings was not listed on the form. We got this settled after I told her my husband had taken pics of car dings. He was at airport with our luggage, however. I would recommend more due diligence on the damage markups before checking out the car.
Pros: Absolutely rubbish. My flight was delayed and they refused to keep my booking
