Alma Car Hire at Kefalonia Airport

Cons: Not the car that I rented (I doubt that the car provided was similar). Very indiferent staff, all the process in a hurry with very superficial consideration/explanations. When i had a problem I couldn`t talk to anyone on phone in the business hours.

Pros: fast professional good price

Cons: all was good

Pros: The agents

Cons: The car was very cheap and we got we paid for in terms of its age and condition. Nothing to dislike, as we could have chosen a more expensive newer car.

Pros: Very nice and helpful service

Cons: Radio in the car wasn’t working

Pros: Super close to airport 1 minute walk Professional and easy to use Great service and no complaints Would definitely use again

Pros: Efficiency and sympathy of the staff

Pros: The car agent was attentive and provided clear guidelines in regard to the rental process.

Cons: The clutch was not in such a good condition.

Pros: Easy to locate and quick pick up

Cons: Despite damage being clearly visible and marked on the rental agreement the person when I returned the car insisted that it was new damage. It took a while to find the video evidence and it caused some stress for myself and my husband. It appears these people actively look for ways to charge extra. Fortunately I did find the video evidence but no word of apology from them for getting it wrong. I wouldn’t use them again.

Pros: efficient, friendly

Pros: The staff at this location were exemplary. They were friendly, helpful & reassuring. Spent time with us checking the car on pick up and return, pointing out all existing damage and confirming no problems on return. Usually we’ve been left to do this by ourselves and in the pitch black! Thank you guys!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Team were very friendly and helpful. They took to time to review the car at collection and were transparent with all the faults. They were very efficient at drop off on reviewing the car. They also ensured we were comfortable with the car and knew how everything worked.

Pros: Professional and super easy

Cons: everything was excellent

Pros: Honest & friendly

Pros: Easy to get the car and return it. The car was in a very good condition. Also, I got extra 3 hours for free without being charged.

Cons: I didn't get the car I wanted. It is true it was written Skoda Fabia or similar. So they respected the contract. However, it is nice to get the car that you wanted and not a similar one.

Pros: After a few days they replaced teh car with something more suitable.

Cons: Provided a very old car with poor brakes and no power. I did not feel safe driving the car with my family onboard.

Pros: Helpful staff and efficient service

Cons: No complaints!

Pros: good condition of the car, fast service, kind staff onsite

Pros: It was very quick to pick up and drop off the car. The number to call in case of emergency was available 24 hrs even if not used

Cons: The car looked very old and and full of dents and scratches but in the end it was super reliable and never gave us any problems

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: I was given an extremely old car. The seatbelt broke off from the socket, whilst we were driving. I felt completely vulnerable

Pros: Very friendly staff, didn't try to sell me anything extra, which is unusual for all car hire companies in my experience. Had a really good joint inspection of the car.

Cons: A bit of a walk from the airport building to drag cases (uphill) and no proper footpath to get there, had to be very careful with traffic.

Pros: Fast and efficient service, good price and thorough checks, well worth explained

Cons: All good from my side

Pros: Quick and efficient.

Cons: Car had a lot of issues

Pros: Prompt service

Cons: n/a

Pros: Staff were kind and considerate, came to our aid when we got a flat tyre. The car hire company was easy to find and easy to arrange.

Cons: Our car was a 7 seater booked for 6 people however it had very little oomph which was tricky when navigating the hills of kefalonia.

Pros: So Friendly, helpful, polite and so hassle free!

Cons: They were perfect

Pros: Very smiley staff

Pros: Great service from the second we arrived. The smoothest car hire I’ve ever had!

Pros: Friendly and efficient service

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The rental agent had been waiting for us due to flight delay (well, 10 minutes, but still :-))

Cons: No rental agent present at the dropp-off. Only the phone call arrangement done. Hopefuly, my deposit will be unlocked soon.

Pros: The windscreen wiper was broken and needed replacing. The back light was cracked. Lots of scratches and missing trim. Needed a overall.

Pros: It was the cheapest car hire available

Cons: The intermittent faul on the lights

Pros: Nothing

Cons: False promises

Pros: office was clean and near airport

Cons: everything else

Pros: Good service up front. But no satisfactory response to complaints on returning car at end of rental period.

Cons: Car quality was poor. Neither value for money (far from it), or fit for purpose. Old, sub standard and poorly maintained vehicle.

Pros: Efficient service

Pros: t was basically a VW Transporter Panel Van with seats in Done 64,000 kms Was battered inside Had scratches on almost every panel No air conditioning in the back No electric windows No central locking Had dirty seats (looked like shit on them) No ‘gate’ between 1st gear and reverse so dangerous when stopping the pulling away in 1st gear. I emailed you twice and phoned during the rental period. I complained to the provider on return.

Cons: t was basically a VW Transporter Panel Van with seats in Done 64,000 kms Was battered inside Had scratches on almost every panel No air conditioning in the back No electric windows No central locking Had dirty seats (looked like shit on them) No ‘gate’ between 1st gear and reverse so dangerous when stopping the pulling away in 1st gear. Cons: Car handle on passenger side didn’t work

Cons: Car was very old and tired

Pros: Efficient, friendly staff and a quick process

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Quick service picking up and dropping of the car

Cons: Instruction for the car could be better and window screenwash container should be filled

Pros: Friendly and efficient service

Pros: good quick service and easy drop off

Cons: The car was very old and not of the quality you would expect for a rental car.

Pros: Excelent service and people working there. Great value and they are willing to match any other quote.

Cons: The building/company I was looking for had a different name. It is next to Ikarus Restaurant on the right as you head away from the airport. The windscreen wipers were shot and virtually useless. Air conditioning causes condensation on the outside of the windscreen at night.

Pros: The staff were efficient and friendly and we were quickly away with the car on arrival and return was completed in 5 minutes.

Cons: Staff were very friendly.

Pros: Friendly and polite

Cons: The car was a junker, they didn't have my booking on their system as it hadn't been confirmed by Discover, despite several confirmation emails to myself.

Pros: Great service, nice people & helpful, great car, ease of pick up and drop off

Pros: Kind and helpful people.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: First car had major issues with the brakes. We brought it back and the person in charge played it down. We received the same model as a replacement. Also with the second car many issues as some sensors didn’t work properly, this caused a lot of unnecessary time spent and headache. Moreover, the “manager” of the car rental was very arrogant. VERY UNSATISFIED OVERALL

Pros: quite efficient

Cons: car was poor

Pros: Place was easy to find right by the airport. Staff were friendly, car was waiting to be picked up. Price was reasonable however that is reflected by the car which i wouldn’t class as brand new but that works for me, not constantly worried about a brand new car.

Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like

Pros: Very pleasant staff and everything clearly explained.

Cons: There was nothing left to not like.
