Pros: The staff were super friendly and exceptionally helpful when we realises we had requested the wrong car. They went out if their way to make sure we got what we needed with no fuss. When we returned the car, agai. The staff we quick and efficient and very friendly. Fortunately, everyone spoke English, which made up for our ignorance. We would definitely recommend the company and plan to use them again in the future.

Pros: Really good service and reassuringly honest. The Kefalonia road network isn't exactly super clean and pothole free and the agent was completely chilled about condition.

Cons: The car wasn't clean enough really, on the inside or out, but it didn't matter too much. As soon as you leave the airport there's so much dust and sand you'd struggle to keep it immaculate anyway!

Επίσης ζήτησα να το παραδωσω στο αεροδρόμιο αλλά δεν απαντούσε κανείς το τηλεφωνο με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστούμε να το πάμε εμείς στον χώρο τους . Το καρεκλάκι που πλήρωσα για να έχω για το παιδί το έβαλαν όπως οπως δεν υπήρχε η εξυπηρέτηση που θα έπρεπε . Θα έπρεπε να είναι όλα έτοιμα και να μην χρειαστεί να φτιάξω εγώ κάτι

Cons: Waited for over an hour with my wife and baby. Called 3 times and was told they would be there soon. A person arrived to pick us up who couldn’t speak English. He took us to a gravel covered patch of land with a shed. The young adult who spoke to us informed us despite making us wait and having multiple chances to tell us on the phone; they had actually given the car away because they expected us earlier in the day so cancelled it without attempting to contact us. Terrible.

Cons: Exer is just a broker. The car rental company which was called “DiffeRENT” tried to steal from me 25€ because they said I was arriving too early, before 8, when they opened because the airplane landed early. But I actually left the terminal at 08.05. Definitely a scam. Never ever again this company.

Pros: Speed of picking up car

Cons: I was given the wrong car, in a very poor state. I was only allowed to pay in cash and came with the wrong fuel amount / policy. There was no pre-existing damage report. I was charged for lacquer peel in 'damages', which was clearly age related but I had no photos to prove otherwise. Again there was an insistence on paying in cash, or the threat of police involvement if I did not pay. My worst car rental experience to date

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
