Cons: There was a small damage from a pebble on the car, and with full imsurance, we have to pay 32.8 EUR administration fee for them. Absolutely nonsense!!!

Cons: The car was clearly at the end of its useable life. Aircon wasn't the best and the steering was stiff and clunky.

Cons: Mainly the fact that the agent didn’t charge us when we picked up Car despite offering voucher .We thought we had paid . We hadn’t despite being given rental agreement and being told we didn’t need to go to desk when we parked car . Because of this I was made to feel like a criminal when the manager demanded I visited desk to pay when I was at the gate ! My passport was taken from me and I was accompanied by security to pay . I was only given my passport back when I had paid at Alamo !!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
