Dirent a car Greece at Kefalonia Airport

Pros: They were honest. I had heard many stories about rental companies looking for excuses to add hidden charges at the end of the rental period, but that was not the case here. Dirent was very professional and prompt in both delivering and collecting the car. I didn’t encounter any issues whatsoever. Thank you!

Cons: I understood an agent would be waiting at airport arrivals but there was nobody and I had to phone the local office. Fortunately only a few minutes awayy.

Pros: Easy, hassle free service. They met us at the exit to Kefalonia airport with a sign with our name, didn't try to sell us the extra insurance, were friendly quick and efficient. The office is only 2 minutes drive from the airport and next-door to a petrol station to refuel before drop off. Car was clean and decent condition, all minor chips and scratches (not many) pointed out and highlighted on the paperwork. Drop off took about 5 minutes including a lift to the airport. Completly painless.

Cons: The car was in a poor condition:After few days, I noticed that one tire was cracked and therefore should have been changed. Alot of dcratches and dents and some sporadic noise comming from the engine's fan.

Pros: I liked that we were met at the airport terminal and taken to the rental site to fill in the paperwork, and then dropped off again at the end of the holiday. The rep was very friendly and efficient.
