Cons: 4 month on and they still haven't returned almost $2000 in security deposit. Despite the car being returned in perfect condition and all paperwork signed off. I have made over 10 phone calls and just get completely brushed off. NEVER EVER use Avis or Budget

Cons: The excess waiver insurance at the counter was much much higher than what was offered by discover cars.. but there is further procedural hassle if we buy from discover cars.. would be good to have the same procedure and service we get from over the counter excess waiver insurance but not with 5times the price.. little extra is fine ..

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
