Rent Car Kefalonia at Kefalonia Airport

Pros: Very friendly, very informative - not just about the car, but also what to watch out for on the roads (who knew cars approaching the a roundabout have priority over those already on it). On top of great instructions, also gave me a short lift back to the airport. It really is only five minutes, but very thoughtful. Checking out and returning the car was the easiest I think I have ever experienced.

Pros: By far the best rental service I have ever used. Extremely efficient no issues and no requirement to pay a holding deposit. Couldn't recommend this company enough we will absolutely be back and using their vehicles again

Pros: Had issue with car battery on 4th day of holiday which caused us to break down- contacted rent car kefalonia who arranged for mechanic to respond to us within 60mins, issue temporarily resolved and reassurance given and vehicle swap was arranged for day after which was completed swiftly and efficiently. The crappy car I was given that was hard to change gear and was gutless blew two injectors out and broke down it was swapped for a better one that was drivable

Cons: Got it refuelled by an attendant at a petrol station, returned it only to be told it wasn’t full, drove it back to another gas station got it refuelled again, the attendant pulled the trigger on the nozzle of the pump for literally a second, took it back again still not happy, was told to get in the car and was driven back upto the petrol station only for the guy to be told by the attendant it was full all this while my wife and four young children were waiting for me outside the airport again…

Pros: Apostolis is such a gentleman. We were greeted by smiling faces the moment we got to Rent Car Kefalonia and offered cold water upon arrival. Apostolis was extremely efficient and courteous and calm and his colleague was kind enough to put our luggage in the back of the car for us. Apostolis also took us through the controls of the car and made everything clear and understandable. The car itself was immaculate and I noticed that they meticulously clean every car that is returned. Amazing outfit

Fiat Panda was not up to the job and felt unsafe so we upgraded to a Corsa which was better but still felt underpowered going up steep hills of which there are many.

He gave great instructions on how to use the car, door locking, petrol refillings, petrol station locations. He also texted us on whatsapp to give some information about specific driving rules in Kefalonia.

The car was filthy when we handed it back due to the storms and we felt terrible about the state of it but they were lovely and it wasn't a problem at all. Communication through WhatsApp was really easy and replies were very quick, they're easy to find at the airport and the car was handed over quickly and in a good state of repair

The car mechanical was terrible finally on day 2 it died and we had to call for them to come out and give us a different car. Car #2 also VW caddy was slightly better. Pros: The service was exceptional. Really friendly and welcoming. A glass of chilled water on arrival. I unfortunately dented the car and when I returned it the gentleman even asked me how much I wanted to pay! Amazing service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. They even dropped us at the airport but could have walked it in 3 minutes.

Pros: Everything was straightforward, I received good service and the car was excellent.

Cons: My only small grouse would be that if I had been on my own I would have had to carry my luggage to the rental office. That was not a problem for me.
