Pros: I got a brand-new car, picking it up at the garage was straight forward The staff there were extremely friendly.
Cons: Raquel at the airport counter was not helping to extend the rental ; she blocked the system to prevent the extension offering a new booking with HER : 4 days for €380( special discount ) EUROPCAR on the phone in Spain was super friendly They told me the 4 day extension costs €158 without insurance but I could not book it with because the reservation was booked w a credit card from DiscoverCars ? I booked a new car with a new company for €260 incl insurance such a hassle and waste of time !

Pros: The people at the pick up and drop off are good people, can not say the same about the money extorsion organised at the desk, asking for absolutely insane deposit in the case of light damages
Cons: Being told that if I do not take the insurance, the deposit can jump to 10k, yes 10k, for a scratch longer than 3 cm, absolute joke.
