Pros: The only reason I did get a car is because I had requested an automatic. They called my name while I was standing in line and I was able to get out of there. It still seemed to take much, much longer than the other car rental I picked up.

Apparently other renters had not been returning the cars on time which meant that most people who showed up to get a car were not able to get one unless they upgraded to a luxury car. A lot of upset customers. It also took a very long time to get out of there even after I got up to the counter.
Pros: We did not get the car we ordered. Expected a Corolla or Ford Focus. Instead got a Fiat station wagon.

Cons: The bus service to and from airport is a real issue. I was told by the first H2D bus that he didn't go there, then two more said I needed the H2D so I got on one and got left at the Hilton down the road. When I tried to call the office to find out what to do, the phones just rang out. And finally after paying extra for insurance, I find I am to be overcharged for tyre damage that know I could not have made.
Pros: Nothing, discover cars got are arrival time wrong and our booking was canceled and we were stuck late at night and forced to pay £580 instead of the booked price of £230.

Cons: Collection of the vehicle was littered with extremely poor practices of denying the car being available, refusing to accept insurance, price gouging and inflating markups and then finally providing a vehicle that was unsuitable, not requested and a significant detraction for a family vacation. Despite my best efforts, I cannot find a single positive thing to say regarding the collection of the vehicle.

Cons: The locations at Heathrow needs it's own shuttle - the hotel hoppa bus is a pain in the butt. Maybe better to advise customers to Uber / Lyft. I actually thought you guys had a shuttle like the other agencies. Funding the bus at the terminal after a long flight was complicated and then it goes the most tedious way stopping everywhere. If you had a shuttle I would use you everytime.

When I dropped it off a man went around meticulously looking at the car and pointed out some very tiny nicks which thankfully I had before pictures to show they were already there. If the rental company is going to be nit picky on the back end when I return a car they should be very nit picky on the front end. But they didn’t mention the dings in their before report when I arrived.

Returned the car a day early but did not get a refund.

I have actually used Easirent before but will never step on the premises ever again. I will revert to using the mainstream rental company I am comfortable with.

Cons: The insurance is a rip off (no exaggeration). I pre paid for full insurance, but it didn’t include collision, third party liability or most other legally required insurance. Due to my booking credit card having been used fraudulently I had to use, according to small print, a totally different card without the normal benefits so costing an extra £12/day for the 28 days. Also the tires were supposedly checked but the low pressure warning came on 3 miles from the rental office. I had to keep going but when checked the next day The recommended pressures of 33 was only on one tire the others were 36, 22, and 26 !!!!!!!!

Pros: Secondly, we paid for unlimited mileage however, when we asked for permission to take the car to Paris for 48 hours a further 165 pounds was required on top of new insurance in France. It was outrageous and as a result our family didn't go to France. The staff were friendly, however I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Cons: When booking online from Australia, we secured a mid size car. The car we actually received was tiny! It was not even close to the same size car on the website. When I bought this up to the agent he said 'Yes, it is very deceiving.' The agent suggested a bigger car along with a discount but this was still way over the original cost. We ended up cramming all the luggage in and squishing our children up as luggage was also inside the cabin.

Pros: The gentleman who completed the contract was hard working but alone it took just over 2 hours to get to him with lines of people outside in uncovered yard.
Cons: The car had 95k miles on it, interior was dusty & dirty not what I needed to impress clients. It had a front near side indicator not working from pick up but I was already late for clients & couldn’t return it. Tyre pressures were uneven & had to be inflated. Vehicle failed to start on 2 occasions but after being left started later .. bottom line it was unreliable & old.

Taking advantage of the clients situation when he is in hurry is not a good sign . One client can tell 100 people to go with which solutions. Told to return the car the way I received it at the end of my stay. No offer to replace the car or fix it. Still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. Will not be surprised if the don't as they are so so dodgy they'll probably keep it.

Cons: The car hire was fine but it took 2¼ hours to collect it: 15 minutes to find the bus stop (not with the stops for the mainstream hire companies); 45 minutes until the hourly bus came; 45 minutes on the bus visiting hotels before getting to Easirent; and 30 minutes queueing to be served. After returning the car I was lucky to be at the bus stop 10 minutes early because the hourly bus (not associated with Easirent) left 10 minutes early. Then 30 minutes via more hotels back to the airport.

Car was old 60K miles, passenger airbag not working (shown on dash), keyfob needed new batteries, some trash left in car from last renters, dent in door from prior renter that nobody noticed on my damage report at pickup. A lot of money for a bad car that rattled!

The booster seat provided was a cheap non secure one and I had to buy a new one for the baby. The agents were highly incompetent and in professional. Cons: No shuttle bus. Eventually arrived by cab at 11pm to be told there was no car for me! The guy said it had been a very busy day and all cars in my category and the one above were gone, and my only option was to pay extra to upgrade. After nearly an hour he found a car. He took £1500 from my card, said the rules had changed and this would only be returned after 28 days, and if I got a scratch the whole lot would be taken!! I had to sign an agreement to this effect. Horrible car hire experience.

Pros: Leaving the site. It was a terrible place no shade, customers lined up waiting outside and no indoor waiting area. Each customer seemed to take 30 minutes to process mainly because of Easirent's shady insurance requirements. I've rented cars around the globe with my Visa and they're the only company that required me to show that my Visa covers the basics.

Car I was supposed to rent was 700 pounds but then they only had one for 1400 pounds and wanted 1500 pounds paid in advance for damage deposit. They are bullies and thugs .
Pros: The service was appalling, cortesy bus took 40minutes to reach depot, car not ready, was disgusting inside, certainly not sanitized, damage on vehicle not highlighted to me. Cracked windscreen in two places, wing mirror falling off, no fuel, on empty. Would never use easirent again and their tactics are basically fraudulent. Staff useless, a mickey more operation with rubbish dirty cars, no wonder cheap. Never use again and have complained but no reply. A refund is in order and requested.

Cons: Because i already had insurance from discover cars while booking. The third party provider agent from easirent in hounslow near moxy hotel, pushed me into taking another SUPER POM COVERAGE which i didn't need and which was 3 times expensive. While i was waiting in line giving my car back, he was pushing other customers into buying Super Pom coverage because they asked for unlimited mileage and mind you myself and these customers already paid for unlimited mileage.

I was then charged for extra insurance when I got there (without realising), they should have been aware that it was already paid, I feel like they did know but tried their luck, which I only found out when my husband explained what they had done.

Cons: The car had a broken tail-gate, was covered in dents and scratches, had the fuel warning light on with less than 30 miles in the tank, was overdue an oil service (which kept flashing as a warning), had a slow puncture in one tire (the warning light came on about 5 mins into the rental). It took 87minutes, so just less than an hour and a half to get the car 'ready' despite the fact that I was the only customer. They moved to a new site for returns but weren't there so I had to abandon!

Pros: Despite the numerous negative reviews for Easirent, I actually found them to be friendly and efficient. The whole process from front desk to driving away took me about 20 minutes. They asked if I wanted excess waiver, but didn’t pressure me at all when I said no. I was expecting a bit of grief from them (as can usually be expected from car rental companies) but got absolutely none. Highly recommended.

Cons: The "Hoppa" bus service at Heathrow is very unreliable. We had to wait 45 mins at arrival and 55 mins after dropping the car off before a bus arrived. This lead to significant stress. Other rental companies with their own shuttle buses are more predictable. Ultimately the bad shuttle service means that I won't use easirent anymore. The rental agent painted a grim picture what happens if I didn't take out full cover insurance.

Cons: The whole rental process was excruciatingly slow. For starters, easirent does not have a dedicated shuttle bus, so we have to wait for the regular bus service to their location which is located quite far out from the airport. Then when at the rental pickup, the agents try really hard to upsell everything from insurance to cars and the process is ridiculously slow. I have rented cars from so many other companies in so many other airports, but this had to be the slowest by far. Never again.
