Pros: Nice clean car. very good and comfortable car

Cons: Discover car info about the company is wrong. No out of hours drop off. the company opens at 6 am. you need to get on the hotel hopper free of charge , by showing your booking to the driver. other wise you pay to travel on the bus.

Pros: Brilliant team at service desk - fully committed to customer care and well being - an asset to the Company (Mr. Kam) I think....car was excellent - well prepared.

Cons: Bit more clarity about shuttle service from airport and back. I know its not yours but needs improvement. Not regular enough - COVID is an issue but may cause delay in getting to car rental site.
