Pros: Great customer service once I contacted the office. There was a slight holdup as flight had arrived with no one waiting at arrival.

Pros: Friendly pick up from Airport at time agreed on booking form. Ease of payment on arrival and pick up of car. Car worked great and was economical on fuel. Drop off easy to and lift to airport great. Release of deposit very quick same day even though the Dirent guy had said 2 to 3 days. Would recommend and would use again

Pros: It was friendly and very simple to pick up and drop off.

Cons: Car was ok but had seen better days. I can't complain too much as the price I paid for 15 days rental was really good.

Pros: The car bore the scars of island life, showing scrapes and scratches, however as a newly qualified driver, I appreciated that I could relax and enjoy driving without worrying too much about cosmetics.

Cons: Communication was open and clear, the agent met me at the airport and we drove to the office for the paperworkpayment and formalities, and I was off on the road in half an hour. The whole transaction either end of the rental was smooth and stress free.

Pros: Very personal with no pressure to take additional insurance. I liked the small scale operation of this provider with efficient pick up from airport and extremely short transfer to the car.

Cons: The only problem that I had was that the battery needed replacing part way through the car hire. However, rather than have them travel one hour to where we were, I was happy to drive jump start the car and drive to them whilst passing them on a day out.....they were very grateful!

Pros: The Reps were very helpful and professional; they dropped the car off at our hotel rather than at Kefalonia Airport without any fuss. Called us to confirm drop-off arrangements. Great Service!

Cons: Everything provided locally was great. 2 areas for improvement 1) the Booking Process assumed we were arriving in the Terminal but actually we were in a hotel in Argostoli (having arrived 2 days before). This meant we had to get our hotel to phone the local office 2) the USB connector on the car media was faulty (not a massive thing but meant we couldn't charge our phones or play music)
