Pros: Staff was polite and tried to do their job well, particularly at pick-up.
Cons: Car had a crack in the windscreen, which got worse by the day, but they refused to change it, claiming it was safe to use. The deposit is absolutely ridiculous, over 3k€ for just a Skoda. It's a ripoff and to drop it to 600€, the rental almost doubled. The drop-off agent, while emphasising how exceptionally accommodating and nice he was, in fact was annoying, never smiled, and gave me the feeling I was a crook, just because the car was not squeaky clean. Rental must include cleaning.

Pros: We were slightly late picking up the car so the booking was cancelled. Tried to charge us double the booking amount to keep the booking. Found a cheaper quote online which they said they’d price match, but then after signing the contract refused to honour the price and said the car was now unavailable.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Special a driver license issued at least 4 years ago is required.
