Pros: The car met the expectations.

Cons: We didn't check the car with the staff, they simply advised us to take a video of the car and its condition. However, the door lock turned out to be damaged (through violence/attempted theft) during our trip. We didn't use the lock at all (who does nowadays when there is central locking system) so we can't prove the lock wasn't already damaged before our pick up so we ended up paying the fee for damage. My impression is this is intended to get money anyway if you don't buy the higher insurance.

Cons: Pri objednaní cez applikáciu koncová cena 469€. Dopredu sme zaplatili 120€. Na mieste sme museli zaplatiť 701€ + 90€ depozit. Celkovo nás požičanie auta stálo 821€!!!!!

Pros: I’m still awaiting my check out document - but they caused me incredible stress telling me I damaged the car that I gave the car back dirty. The dirt they said I only used one door was dust dirt from road on show into car -normal wear and tear from getting in and out of a car 6/7 times over the 4 days. - I simple removed the Matt and the dust del to the floor - all good , this despite the car containing a bottle of water under the seat from the previous rental

Cons: Biggest issue was damange to under front wing - video taken before and after show no damage. However if you lie on the ground and look under the wing you can see damage - this was marked on the contract when I picked up car but now they say I caused it

Cons: the rental company (b-rent) wanted to charge us €200 insurance because they said yours was useless. They put fear in your body. You should agree with them to inform the client which is the true valid insurance. The same thing happened to several clients.

Cons: The staff was inexperienced. The office manager insisted that I use the same credit card to pay for the car as I did to for the coverage otherwise I would have to take out the additional insurance, which is ridiculous. I understand that a CC is needed for the insurance coverage, but why on earth can't I pay the actual rental in cash or using a debit card. It just seemed like they didn't really understand what they were doing.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 90 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): non-EU will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Younger driver fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.



Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
