Pros: I liked everything.

Cons: The only downsides were the long wait at pickup (around 45 minutes due to the line) and the child seat, which was a bit tricky to adjust for proper safety.

Cons: On a pas apprécié l attente pour récupérer notre voiture 2h de file. Problème de réseau puis les clients qui ont des soucis de carte. Le personnel en lui même n y peut rien mais j ai paye 24 euros en plus pr modifier l heure de prise et ca na servi a rien vu que j ai attendu 2h de plus moi même dommage

Pros: I would consider it a standard service

Cons: They didn't go over the vehicle conditions with me at the car (physically) and simply told me the car had been checked by them and that it had absolutely no damage. Unfortunately, when returning the car they claimed the door lock had been damaged by someone who tried breaking into it. Considering the car was kept in a driveway for most of the vacation I find this suspicious.

Pros: No overselling and straightforward transaction.

Cons: The rent this time was qiute exensive - 600 and more euro with insurence, but did not had the car that exрected. We booked Citoren C3, because it is a littel bit higher. IN Sardegna - а lot of рoint of interests are on dirt roads..Instead we get Seat Ibiza, yes it has everything and very new, but not high enough... I was all the time worried when sideway stoр, not to dammage the floor.... Nothing haррaned but it is not good for SBC also... Aaand this Seat sреnding too much рetrol...

Pros: they tried to fix the problem made by the brokers

Cons: they let the brokers do the bookings and then they told me the brokers are not 100% safe

Pros: Fast, and easy pick up except for standing in line.

Cons: An additional 192 euro was charged for debit fee (paying with deplbit card) that was not mentioned in the contract. There was no mention of additional insurance that was mentioned in the contract that the rental company may require but not necessary

Pros: By far the most flawless and efficient car rental experience. We picked up the car at the airport of Alghero within less than 30mins, the lady working there never tried to upsell or force us to buy insurance or anything else. We got the exact car we chose, great condition, very few scratches, the drop-off took as long as it takes to hand the keys to the representative. Then they went on to inspect the car and in 15mins time I got an email saying that everything is perfect.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect, no hiccups.

Pros: New car, everything worked nicely. And the cleanliness and of the car and the nice factory smell.

Cons: I think I was charged additional insurance, on top of discover cars fee.

Pros: I would not recommend to use Sicily by car as they would not allow the use of my bank card even though according to my bank it should be possible to reserve a deposit. They would only allow cards where it clarly was stated KREDIT. My standard bank card has worked well with other car rental companied before without any problems.

Cons: The car was in very good condition almost as new.

Cons: They have charged me 300 € more and the only reason for that was that I don't own a credit card just a debet card. I felt like a criminal, that I don't have a credit card. What is it for world we live in? Would never use Discover cars or Sicily by cars again. You are stealing money from your customers.

Cons: Car was only of average quality relative to expectations. The Space Star Funky was a very basic model (considering the rental fee). Rental agreement not well explained (partially due to language difficulties)

Pros: Efficient, zero pressure to get more cover and our plane was v late, but they waited. I'd highly recommend them

Cons: it is not the first time I am denied service. no one says it is the colour of your skin but the common denominator is that.

Pros: Pick up was ok, car nice and clean.

Cons: Our car broke down whilst we were in a very remote place with no public transport.It was towed away but we were not provided with another car.Sicily by Car told us to get a taxi to the closest town (2 hours away) at OUR EXPENSE to get a replacement - they didn’t know why the car had broken down so we had to pay for the taxi and they would refund us if turned out not to be our fault. We didn’t have funds for a taxi so found ourselves stranded for 2 days with two young children.

Pros: We were given a different car than that selected (which happens most of the time) but was more than a fair substitute; same characteristics and almost brand new. Very satisfied.

Cons: After three days from the end of the trip, my deposit on the car has not been released from my credit card. Signs leading to the Sicily By Car drop off point very weak. Spent half an hour asking around until we found the place.

Pros: Car was completely acceptable.

Cons: A long line at counter for the pickup, we had to wait almost 40 min. as there was only one person mannin gthe counter.
