Pros: The car was almost new and spacious enough for our family and luggage. The return process was quick, and the rental was closed without any additional charges. The deposit wasn’t relesed after almost a week so after I contacted the Alghero office by email regarding the security deposit, they reacted quickly and released it within approximately 30 minutes.

Cons: I booked a Ford Kuga or similar but received an MG HS, which felt inferior in terms of interior materials and overall quality. No joint vehicle inspection was carried out at pickup, and the car was provided with the fuel level at 6/8 despite the stated full2full policy. The €950 deposit was not released automatically after the rental was closed. Customer support could not explain the reason and said it might remain blocked for up to 21 days.

Pros: Their cars are in a good condition, plus it was one of few , which had automatic transmission available. Easy to find at the airport and easy to drop the car.

Cons: They require the car being perfectly clean, so we had to spend time to search for cleaning service on island where they fight with lack of water.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
