Noleggiare at Alghero Fertilia Airport

Pros: I bought with you online with best insurance possible but with noleggiare at the airport they Said that I had no roadhelp, 2600 euro selfpay for even small scratches. And there fore I paid 560 euro more in insurance that I all ready paid. I have made a bad trustpilot on discovercars for this reason because I feel scammed by you!

Cons: See above! We arived late at night and therefore could not get in touch with discovercars

Cons: After 1 week of giving a car back, the deposit wasn’t released yet. The Noleggiare says they do it immediately, as well as my bank :)) have to wait 2 weeks now when it will be released automatically

Pros: Car was brand new and clean. Helpful agents, explaining all the details. Always good to take photos of the car once you take it over.

Cons: No windscreen washer. No direct communication with the car rental company, which was annoying when our flight had a 2 hrs delay. Announced the delay to discovercars team, hoping that they would inform nollegiare. Instead i got the message from discovercars that car is guaranteed for one hour, something that was not mentioned in the conditions. It is also better to discuss directly with the car rental company. They tried to sell their insurance, saying that what discovercars offers is a refund.

Cons: They do not accept debit cards for deposit payments, the line for picking the car up for 1h, they claimed the full coverage from discovercars was not going to cover anything and made us pay more. We cancelled the reservation.

Cons: This was worse experience.Please don’t rent with this CRIMINALS . When I told them we have our insurance they start being rude, they gave us car seat and didn’t want to help or show us how to put in the car , we tried for half hour on 45+ Celsius to instal , with small baby and pregnant wife . After all they charged us for deposit , when I called them they said they gonna give us back , but never happened. After couple days they stop answering on there phone . I end up disputing with my bank.

Pros: The agent was very kind, helpful and spoke Spanish with us. She even upgraded the car. So everything was great.

Cons: The car besides having only 6000 km had problems with the suspensions and direction. I was a little afraid to drive it.

Cons: Couldn’t find the car rental desk which was outside terminal in car park. Extra charge of E150 because we were past one hour from pick up time and they had released the car assigned to us so we had to get a higher spec larger car which we did not want

Pros: I liked that they accepted a debit card for the guarantee. Danielo was very nice and patient as I had some problems with my card and also a small child who was a Little anxious.

Cons: The guarantee was high (600 euros) and not mentioned on discovercars.com. I have to mention that was refund in my account very quickly.

Pros: Wszystko zgodnie z ustaleniami, samochód z przebiegiem 170 km, czysty, miła obsługa, kaucja zwrócona na kartę kredytową następnego dnia po zdaniu samochodu. Gorąco polecam !!!

Cons: Currently trying to resolve why I was charged Full Coverage again after already paying for it in the contracted price of 250 Euro. Also, the drop off of car key at 5:30 am was not possible, had to courier the key back at my own expense from Milan to Sardegna.

Cons: The car did not have a radio or a USB plug. This was problematic for long drives where phone batteries died. I did not like the fact I paid for insurance twice: once with discovercars.com and once with Noleggiare. This should be figured out between the two sources.

Cons: The car had some scratches and the tire was slightly damaged when I picked up the car. I had to point this out, otherwise I would be then responsible for that. Be very careful when picking up the car and check it for any damages. Do not rely on the agent that they will know about all damages.
