When I returned the car, was nobody there to check it , I called the office in the terminal , she said that she doesn’t have time , because she is alone there. The care should be ckecked when the client is present, not afterwords, anuthing could happen after I dropped off the car and I woluld be responsible for

Cons: The girl on the desk should not be working at customer service, she was pretty rude , when picking up the car , I didn’t remember my postal code and she said that she cannot rent me the car because ofthat…on a tone that should never be used at any customer service desk . Then she didn’t provide clear indication where the car is located , I had to spent 30 min to find it. The car was dusty on the exterior .I did not receive the contract from Welcome cars in the email because she got it wrong..

Pros: Everything went smooth, the girls from the desk office in Alghero Airport were friendly and helped us to understand the rental conditions. The only thing that we did was to take some photos with the car in the parking lot, before the rental (to have a record of all the bumps and scratches of the car). We recommend the service and we will be coming back for future rentals for sure!

Pros: Online reservation have one price, when you came there they double it. When you cancel the reservation because of that, they dont want to refund your money.. They won't even respond to your refund email. The woman who works at the counter is unkind and rude and dont want to cooperate and help you with your reservation and picking up a car. Cons: Our car was damaged before our renting. I understand that TOP season isn´t time to fix it.. but we were worried about damaging the car even more

Cons: They are charging me €104 for “scratches” on the tire cap, which is totally absurd. They’re so minimal that is impossible to see, they are natural risks of using a car. They don't have proof of before, just the after - which is slightly more convenient. And they excuse that I should have bought their insurance.

Pros: The staff was really kind and helpful. They even gave me recommendations for stores to go to in Alghero.

Cons: Alquilamos 2 coches y uno de ellos no nos aceptaban la tarjeta de crédito porque no se indicaba el nombre del titular, aun enseñando la aplicación del banco con los datos del conductor y número de la tarjeta para hacer la comprobación no nos la aceptaron. Para poder coger el coche únicamente nos dieron la opción de pagar el seguro a todo riesgo para entonces aceptar una tarjeta de débito. El segundo coche que cogimos, el trato durante la devolución fue nefasta.

Pros: The lady in the kiosk was lovely. Helpful and professional- I would use this firm again because of her. The car was a dream to drive and we explored and had a wonderful time on the island.

Cons: Empty fuel tank, no emailed documentation, ominous warnings about up front payments despite purchasing enhanced insurance packages. Having to take long detailed videos of the car on pick up and drop of for own liability cover ‘made me feel uneasy.

Cons: Zaplatila jsem předem cca 20 EUR za rezervaci. Půjčovné mělo být cca 150 EUR na 8 dní. Ovšem když jsem si přišla vyzvednout vůz na letišti, zvedli cenu půjčení na 380 EUR! Důvodem je, že nemám kreditní kartu, jen debetní. A ta cena byla opravdu pouze za půjčení, nestrhávali si žádnou vratnou zálohu jako obvykle. Ještě mě nechali půl hodiny čekat (slečně končila směna). Propadla mi záloha a auto jsem si půjčila jinde. Takže tuto společnost nedoporučuji.

Cons: O atendimento no balcão foi bom, porém a entrega do carro não é acompanhada. Voce tem que achar o carro sozinho num estacionamento enorme. Na entrega também nao tive acompanhamento e foi dificil descobrir se nao houve nenhum problema. Tive que ligar para pedir um documento comprovando a entrega do carro e o fechamento da locação.

Cons: - bad service when picking up the car - I had reserved a child seat which is registered in the form but the staff did not provide it to me when handing over the keys anc car and I miss out until the parking lot = loss of 70 minutes - in case of failure and report to the station we were told that they would call back within 20 minutes and Nothing was done for 1 hour. we had to call again that the car was refusing to start. Fortunately, the car started after 2 hours of breaks

Pros: I like their support before renting a car - as we had a flight change we needed to return the car sooner, so they were ok with it with no surcharge. I like the car was quite new, but wasn´t cleaned from outside (but we were ok with that), no car carpets, that was quite a pitty. If they return the deposit soon, I will be happy with their service :)

Cons: problem was, when we were returning the car in Cagliari,it was really diffucult to find their kiosk as they don´t have "Welcome cars" sign nowhere and nobody was working at 7am:/So we were stressed out,turning around to see all kiosks until one man helped us and tell us that its kiosk "nollegiare".Furthermore there was no key box :/ I called them, nobody responded, I wrote them sms and email, that we left the key in other keybox how other employee from car rental suggest us,but no reply yet:/
