Cons: The car phone charger didn't work, there was no water in the windscreen wash, the car did not have reverse sensors
Cons: When we dropped off the car, the agent (a young woman) accused us of having changed the two front tires after using the inflatable kit. She demanded that we pay for a new kit and new tires. Absolutely not. She accused us and treated us like liars. After nearly 20 minutes of shouting and arguing, she suddenly admitted that the issue had occurred before our rental. This was no mistake—they were simply trying to trick us. All of this happened while the car had already been taken away for washing. I
Pros: operations was fast
Cons: I had to buy an additional inssurance besides the one from the app, they gave me another car, much bigger than the one requested, checkout was done without me and they found a scratch, altough I was super carefull, but in my absence and lack of a thourough scratch analysis before I took the car they can find anything. All in all, car rental in italy sucks and I felt robbed. I actually paid on the car almost 1000€ for a week.. also the blocked insurance money are still blocked.
Pros: Simple process. Agent was very helpful, especially in sourcing the car seat which we had preordered
Cons: We had prearranged a car seat however these are on an availability basis. If your agent is not very helpful (luckily ours was) we would have had to drive with a child illegally in the country for lack of options.

  Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, San Marino.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

During winter season (from 01.10 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
