Pros: I am very happy with the car rental company. This is my first time using this company, but I am pleasantly surprised by them. The car was in perfect condition, clean and well maintained. The pick-up and drop-off service was quick and the staff polite and helpful. I recommend.

Pros: Actually, they enjoyed that I lost my reservation, so I basically did not like ONE thing about them or Discovercars

Cons: The reservation was lost after almost 3hrs of delay. Now I was late everywhere, AND my reserved car was gone. The new reservation would've cost me a fortune, so I tried my luck elsewhere.

Pros: New and clean Skoda Fabia with only 7000km with Apple Car and cruise control. Fair conditions. They told us to make a video before we take a car from rental place. It saved us because they found the few scratches but they were already on the car.

Pros: Vozidlo.bolo úplne nové, malo iba 400 km. Vsetky vozidlá v Viaggiare boli ako nové. Jednanie bolo seriózne na úrovni, profesionálne a priateľské. Keď najbližšie pricestujem, vyhľadám určite služby požičovne Viaggiare. Bol som maximálne spokojný.

Pros: Good performace for great price. Easy Check-In and Check-Out. Really nice personal at least at the Alghero airport.

Cons: Hard to find them. Inside the airport building I haven't seen any tabels or informations about Viaggiare, but I have simply asked in another car rental kiosk where can I find them. Not all of the car scratches were previously documented. So it can happen that you something overlook, but exactly for this case you should book full insurance.

Cons: I highly recommend to make video with all details as one little scratch was not marked in the papers and I had feeling they wanted to find at least smth not to give the deposit back. I have never experienced this in the rentals car.

Cons: Whithout any prior warning during reservation they refused to accept deposit in cash or a debit card. Instead, they increased the agreed price and only thereafter the payment from debit was accepted. Unfair treatment - not customer friendly at all.

Cons: Customer service picking up the car was awful and almost passive aggressive, trying to give you more charges. I felt almost scared of their selling techniques it was late at night when we arrived Unfriendly and uncaring- would never use again.

Pros: Very helpful representative, everything prepared and easily managed. It was possible to pick up the car even outside office hours. All conditions were explained properly.

Cons: We faced an issue with security deposit, as the Viaggare didn't accept debit card. In conditions is not mentioned that debit card are not accepted !!! Instead they required to buy another full insurance to lower down the security deposit to 250 euro, but we already had one full insurance purchased by discover cars. Those are unfair practices. The lady at Viaggiare pick up desk was very arrogant and was not helpful. We end up very disappointed with Viaggare service and we will not recommend them
