Cons: The car was very old, no navigation (not evwn radio), very uncondortable seats, and drove like a brick!!! Very unhappy!!!

Cons: Since the beggining it was very hard to do the checkin in the web, booking number and web were not working. My book was at 14h and I arrived at 13h45 and my car was not available, I have to wait until 14h30 to pick it up in Alghero airport. It was very hard to find the spot to drop off in Cagliari airport. I paid everything and there was no damage and 3 days after I was debited 350eur and I did not receive any e-mail before or after saying why. I have sent some e-mails asking, but no reply.

Pros: Preluarea a fost rapida. Masina a fost ok, noua. Avea 4 daune mentionate. Nu au fost probleme la predare. Garantia a fost restituita complet. De recomandat asigurarea sa se faca direct la ei, nu prin discovercars deoarece in caz de accident/daune este mai usor direct cu ei.

Cons: Totul a fost OK. Daca preluarea este noaptea este putin mai dificil deoarece trebuie sa verifici singur masina si sa faci un video si parcarea nu este foarte luminata.

Cons: The car was smaller - still the same class but screen told us Kia Sportage (4,5m) and we recieved Skoda Karoq (4,35m) - I am very tall and we were travelling with kids. The car also was a petrol car which made trip (1700km) more expensive. The quality of baby chairs was poor - cheapest available model, 0 instruction how to do them and lack of "pillows" on seatbelts (on 1 we had, on 2nd we didnt)

Cons: The reservation was lost after almost 3hrs of delay. Now I was late everywhere, AND my reserved car was gone. The new reservation would've cost me a fortune, so I tried my luck elsewhere.

Pros: New and clean Skoda Fabia with only 7000km with Apple Car and cruise control. Fair conditions. They told us to make a video before we take a car from rental place. It saved us because they found the few scratches but they were already on the car.

Pros: Vozidlo.bolo úplne nové, malo iba 400 km. Vsetky vozidlá v Viaggiare boli ako nové. Jednanie bolo seriózne na úrovni, profesionálne a priateľské. Keď najbližšie pricestujem, vyhľadám určite služby požičovne Viaggiare. Bol som maximálne spokojný.

Cons: Hard to find them. Inside the airport building I haven't seen any tabels or informations about Viaggiare, but I have simply asked in another car rental kiosk where can I find them. Not all of the car scratches were previously documented. So it can happen that you something overlook, but exactly for this case you should book full insurance.

Cons: We faced an issue with security deposit, as the Viaggare didn't accept debit card. In conditions is not mentioned that debit card are not accepted !!! Instead they required to buy another full insurance to lower down the security deposit to 250 euro, but we already had one full insurance purchased by discover cars. Those are unfair practices. The lady at Viaggiare pick up desk was very arrogant and was not helpful. We end up very disappointed with Viaggare service and we will not recommend them
