Drivalia at Alghero Fertilia Airport

Pros: The car was OK but....

Cons: They put me to sign on a tablet without the posibility to see the contract(the car problems).I asked and i was told that I will received via email.They give me the key and they didn't came with me to inspect the car.I find the front wheel with big scratches,and damage on the tire.I call them but get no response,Head back to the office but no one was there although the closing hours was more than 30 min.later.Returned the car they assured me that's no problem,but after 1 day send me the invoice.

Cons: unfrendly , no helpfull!

Pros: I’m facing a huge issue with Drivalia which overcharged my credit card. The rental was paid to Discover Cars and Drivalia charged the same amount from my credit card claiming that there was a damage in the car, when what really happened was that the car had an electrical fault and it was replaced by another one and I was told that no charges would apply for it. Now I have to pay for an electric issue with the vehicle??? That’s unacceptable

Cons: I was shocked about the custumer service. They gave me the keys and asked me to go out and look for the car. They gave me the wrong position and because i was with my 80 years old mother waiting with all luggages under the sunshine, i went back and complaint about the poor service. Than one of the man at the counter xame to accompany to fibd the car. In addition i gave back the car with the same amonut of gasoline i found when they gave me the car and they charged me 46 euros this is a theft.

Pros: The car was pretty beat up and older for me but it did the job.

Cons: They don't seem to have enough parking spaces for all their vehicles. Google maps location said their office is outside in parking lot, but they use one inside the airport which isn't tagged on google maps.

Cons: As mentioned above, our flight was delayed and the desk refused to stay open late. Even if they had charged a fee, we could have proceeded with our holiday

Pros: El precio. Habíamos contratado un auto pequeño y nos dieron uno grande porque no tenían disponibilidad, en nuestro caso fue beneficioso.

Cons: No tenia el tanque lleno cuando lo entregaron estaba a 3/4 y no fuimos informados.

Cons: Rushed handover of the car. Little information. All important information in Italian. Didnt get the car I booked. The car we got didnt have working A/C. Was charged 50€ extra upon pickup because it was after closing time. Even though it said that the car could be picked up 59 min within the bookingtime(23.00 I booked. Nobody told me that the car rentals office time was -23 No way to contact Drivalia with questions. (Needed assistance for what fuel to fill feks. They never responded by phone)

Cons: Was provided with an electric car incorrectly and was told there was no other option. The electric cars range was totally unsuitable for the type of trips we were taking and there was very little support on how to charge the car despite me asking numerous times for assistance having never owned an electric car before.

Pros: The car was perfect and much better than the one I reserved.

Cons: 2 planes arrived from Budapest and I had to wait about 2 hours to get the car. Even worse I spent lots of time to get the key and find the car in the parking lot in very hot weather.

Cons: despite the note, which I did not notice, which is that the final contractor does not accept debit cards but only credit cards, you irreversibly charged the entire amount of the vehicle lease (€370) from my debit card, which I could not access, because simply, they work only with jrwditnik cards. Despite my pleas to them and to you, I was denied both the vehicle and the refund. It was written that only a credit card can, but that is a classic deception of potential clients. Fraud!

Pros: As there was ko car available in the class that I booked. I was given a superior class for the same money

Cons: There are a lot of rules and strict requirements for booking a car that sometimes makes it a difficult process

Pros: Good car, clean. As the Jeep Renegade was not available we received a Jeep Compass.

Cons: You have to understand that your customers are arriving at Alghero airport often after a long trip. They are tired and the only thing they want is to get to their hotel or rental home as quickly as possible. Having to wait one hour to ‘just’ receive the car that was booked online on beforehand is simply very dissatisfying at that moment.

Cons: Drivalia staff were very unhelpful, rude and spent time with que in front of them. On phone and looking at computer. Then I had to phone about a query and they kept telling me to phone back while giving a small laugh as if o was the the problem also I had asked for a manual and they gave me an automatic which I took a while to learn how to drive. The car itself although lovely and new was vey hard on petrol, had leather seats in heat and no cover to protect them from sun cream had to wash

Pros: Only the car they provided, nothing else really.

Cons: - the services and manner of the company representative, Yulia: rude, zero patience in explaining details and the applicable charges - zero transparency about the cost of the rented vehicle: amounts quoted by Discover Cars and rates applicable locally at the rental desk are two different stories - booked 2 baby seats only to discover that they did not prepare them; it was pure luck that we received them, in very poor condition though - no trash bin at drop off, had to leave everything in

Pros: I enjoyed most the price I paid for the car quality I received. Finding the car rental desk was very easy. The picking up and dropping off were really time effective. I will use their services in the future.

Cons: They provided the wrong information at the airport and told me that they will make a report for money reimbursement and after 9 days long reply I received a reply that I need to write to Discover cars that the money didn't arrive to them. Then from Discover cars reimbursement isn't possible as we needed right away to write to them. Please coordinate between yourself and return me the money for the service that wasn't provided.

Pros: Not a single thing was good provided by Leasys.

Cons: Lack of being able to read the document I had with me. Lack of figuring out a solution within 2 hours. Lack of care. Awful experience. Never coming back.
