Cons: Our car had mechanical problems. While they replaced it with a newer obe we were responsible to get it back which wasted our time with no compensation.

Pros: From the moment we landed and having contacted the rental company we were picked up by shuttle and transferred to car yard. Met representatives who had paper work sorted due to online check-in with licence. Paid holding deposit and they brought car to us which was clean fuelled and ready to go. All up a little over 10min to be on our way.

Independent quotes suggest a simple repair.

Cons: The cars provide were unacceptable vehicles. Both the LDV T60 and Haval do not belong on the road. They both had dysfunctional transmission, and an unnecessary amount of electronic features I did not want. At no point did I feel safe driving either vehicle.

Cons: The way everything is set up is like you don't have a choice. You have to comply no matter what as the excess set for the insurance was exorbitant. All that is purposely set up because you know one, people are on holidays therefore make sure to take money from them and two there's a queue of people waiting, so it is 9 out of ten people will fall in the trap.

Pros: dropping the car off and getting the transfer to the airport was great

Cons: i understood that they were busy at the time, but i think its important for the driver to feel comfortable getting into an unfamiliar car, for the reasons mentioned earlier

Cons: Honestly the only thing I can complain about is the model of car provided. The MG3 provided is a very poor car, terrible transmission and horribly under powered. Would happily book with Bargain car rentals again just need to ensure I dont ever have to drive the MG again.
