Cons: Too hard to find drop off point
Pros: All very quick.
Cons: A bit of confusion around the insurance. I thought I had bought insurance when I booked the car.

Cons: Discover cars did not advise me that for the early checkin of one hour , I would have to pay for one whole day .. But Europcars did advise me of this .

Cons: Waiting in line for 1 1/2hours from time we said we would pick up the car to actually receiving car keys with 1 operators on and 4 people if front of me in my line and other line was were being served a lot quicker.

Pros: Easy pickup - from airport at 9.30 pm, good efficient service at the desk. easy drop off too, key placed in box at desk on return.
Cons: As you can see from the scores I've given I am happy overall. I was offered an upgrade because I was renting the car for 8 days when i spoke to the person at the desk. I've had upgrades F.O.C when it's been offered by other car rental companies, so initially i thought 'that's great' but then he said it would be another $10 per day. I don't like 'up selling' in this way. he wasn't persistent about it but don't tell the customer you're upgrading them and then ask for another $80 for the privilege!

E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 3.30 AUD per day.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
For certain car groups, minimal rental age is 25 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners.
Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company. Travel to the following territory(ies): Kangaroo Island, Stradbroke Island, Magnetic Island, Bribie Island, Phillip Island, Bruny Island is allowed.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
The contract will be extended with prices updated according to the prices for each period.
