Pros: The young woman at the desk when we arrived at the airport was friendly and super helpful and the car was just metres away
Pros: The staff at Avis at Cairns airport were genuinely a happy bunch. Really friendly and easy to speak with.

Pros: very friendly and efficient even at 11 pm at night.
Cons: No service statio for miles north of Cairns meant I returned the car needing fuel - $5 per litre! No mention when I picked up the car about lack of petrol stations!
Pros: As good as they normally are.
Cons: I find the whole rental contract process stupidly slow. Surely in this day and age they can work out a faster smoother method.
