Pros: Easy and Fast service

Cons: Booked through DiscoverCars.com with full protection, but at the counter I was told it doesn’t apply directly and was asked to pay extra for excess coverage again. This felt misleading and like double charging. Clear communication about third-party insurance and how it works is needed.
