Pros: Staff great, smart and informative. Changed to a bigger car when I asked.

Cons: Poor tired car. Air conditioning needed re gasing. Difficult to start.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff both at pick up and drop off.

Cons: Instructions to office could have been a bit clearer. In short you turn right on leaving the airport and short walk up the hill. Car was fine albeit pricey for what it was. Key fob battery dead but central locking in car when front door unlocked manually. Ultimately the car did the job for what we wanted.

Cons: Car was a bit underpowered for such a mountainous island - and struggled with some of the hills. However, being a small car it was ideal when out and about, parking, negotiating some of the narrow roads, etc

Pros: They were Fair and reasonable with damage costs

Cons: Office wasn't easy to find the only instruction is turn left out of terminal and we are 200M! Really expected to be met like all the other car companies Gent who took our drivers licence details etc wasn't particularly friendly. Also we received a call when we were 10 mins from dropping off the car asking us to bring the parcel shelf with us from the previous car. It didn't have one and why would we take it out??????????????

Cons: Pick up point a bit of a walk from the airport, up a steep hill, not easy with suit cases. would advise one of the party stay with the cases at the airport and await pick up.

Cons: The car was underpowered. On steep roads, fully laden it struggled. Air con fine, roomy, but van was wide for Kefalonia roads.

Cons: It wasn’t obvious from the roadside which office we were supposed to approach but that was a minor concern. Overall happy with the service and would book again.
