Cons: No local information Not the car that I had requested Hard to locate rep at Airport Had to wait 30 mins for a transfer to office to do paperwork which is about 5 km away

Pros: Meet and greet at airport and shuttle service was great, really friendly staff.

Cons: The muddle with insurance, I paid for full comp insurance through Discover Cars, but the car hire company told me I wasn't insured and had to leave a deposit on credit card of £800. Very off putting and left me nervous about driving the car! Feel they are trying to upsell insurance through fear tactics which is not pleasant.
