Pick-up instructions
Upon arrival, you can proceed directly to the rental branch via our shuttle bus service, which operates every 5-8 minutes from outside the arrivals hall in any terminal. TERMINAL 1 CLOSED. TERMINAL 2 Bus stop 7 and 8: Ground floor outside arrivals hall. TERMINAL 3 Bus stop 17 and 18: As you exit arrivals, head straight past the exit ramp to the end of the terminal. Exit the terminal building using the doors on the right-hand side. TERMINAL 4 Bus Stop 2: As you exit arrivals, head towards the exit located near the underground tube station, turn right out of these doors. TERMINAL 5 Bus Stop 26 and 27: As you exit arrivals, head past Costa Coffee and Marks & Spencer’s shop. Use the exit doors next to Cafe Nero and then cross to the 2nd lane.

Pros: Return was smooth and efficient. Pick up had a wait in a long queue, but it was Friday night so a lot of people had arrived for the weekend. Could have done with more staff to increase flow.
