Pros: The lady from the office called to confirm the pick up address and the directions ( as slightly confusing). Once we reached, our car was ready for collection, we requested a VW Golf but was provided with Nissan Pulsar, the car was spacious and clean but very basic with no sensors or reverse camera. The service was friendly and the overall experience was good

Cons: The worst car I've ever hired. Terrible experience with staff from AddCar / Minoas The car had a slipping clutch, service light showing and warning light. Would not reverse park uphill so requested another vehicle which was provided. On return I had agressive abuse from the dealer, saying I was a terrible customer and the original car was OK. Shocking, unproffesional behaviour and not what is expected.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
