Pros: OK cars were helpful at collection, the operative was undergoing training and explained everything clearly

Cons: There were marks on the outside of the vehicle which were not pre recorded and it took time for us to locate and record them. This aspect wasn’t explained very well initially

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Instructions to find car rental airport shuttle service after arrival. No signage or visual instructions at airport. Ace Rent a Car was not even the correct company I got the car from - it was OK Cars. Not clear at all. Waiting time for car pick up. No order at car pick up. Charging me for extra insurance even though I had already paid for Premium.

Cons: When we want to contact the servicedesk, nobody answered due to overbooking. We couldn't find anybody who could help us!

Pros: Snelle overdracht van auto en snelle drop off. Prijs/kwaliteit verhuding. Office ong. 5 min rijden vanaf airport

Cons: Ace of rent nergens te vinden, niet op transferbus, personeel rondom airport ook nooit van Ace gehoord (blijkt OK rent te zijn). Omschrijving voor pick up point op reservering klopt ook niet. Dubbel verkeerd zoeken dus. Uiteindelijk wel alles snel afgehandeld
