We have used Locationauto on each occasion we have visited Morocco. On this occasion the first car broke down with low engine pressure which put the car in limp mode on the way from the airport to our hotel. The car also had a rear brake light fault and also tyre pressure sensor fault, Essentially the car lasted 45 minutes from collection. The rental at Agadir airport sent a replacement car the following day which didn't let us down. Normally we we would rate the service as a 10 but marked it 8

When we got to Tirana the guy and a lady we met had zero customer service and looked down on us I think because we are black why I say this is because ee waited for almost 2 hours to get our car in between that time no explanation was given to us instead we had 3 white couples who would come in front be attended to,we were given a different car that was even fault had to Change it in Saranda.all thanks to the guy there very helpful and great customer service.
