Pros: De prijs is goed

Cons: Slechte auto’s, een klant voor ons kreeg ook een auto mee die niet starten. Ook kregen wij een auto mee die niet goed was na telefonisch contact werd er niets mee gedaan je word niet terug gebeld. Na DiscoverCars gebeld hebben werd er actie ondernomen en moesten een uur er naar toe rijden en weer terug dus onnodig benzine verreden en jammer van de tijd.

Cons: По прилету в аэропорт Валенсия, пришлось звонить, чтобы меня забрали и привезли в пункт получения авто. Больше не удобств не было.

Pros: They were very helpful and nice. I was late for both pick-up and dropsuri off and they were very understanding. They've waited for me and didn't charge me for that. The car was literaly squicky clean and better than the one i booked.

Cons: This rental service is extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. First, they tried to remove the free driver that was originally included in the offer. Upon arrival, I had to wait over an hour and a half for an airport pickup because no one was answering the phone. Instead of just blocking the required amount, they took all the money, which led to extra charges on my credit card. On top of that, they charged over 60 euros for cleaning minor dirt on the plastic mats. When returning the car,

Pros: Quoted price and pick up. However the shuttle bus was very difficult to find and not explained on the documentation

Cons: After returning the the car both condition and fuel was checked and were ok. Thee next day we were charged €180 for 4 minor scratches at places that were already marked as damaged when we pick up the car. Also only 90% of the fuel charge was returned while 100% was promised on full return. I could forward the invoice charged by Victoria. It really feels like a scam.

Pros: Service was good. After return recieved a suspisious e-mail about damage but still received the full deposito back. Little strange but overal it was ok! Chemo na good service

Pros: They were super nice. Originally we were supposed to rent the car for 6 days, but two days before picking up the car we decided to rent the car only for a 5 days. We were afraid that we would have to pay for original rental period, but after my call to they’re main office they told me that I have to pay only for 5 days although I made this change relatively late.

Cons: When you’re picking up the car properly check the car and report every damage greater than 1 cm, because the guy which was making the check of the car with me told me that they doesn’t have any evidence of the car. So it’s in your interest to report everything you find on the car. Truth is, the during drop off the car they’re car check is let say very fast 🙂
