Cons: A bit not shiny windows and mirrors which at certain sun angles are giving some reflections.

Pros: The car was almost new at 4000 km, clean and in good condition.

Cons: Very long wait. No separate return line. Too few people working at a Saturday. Very slow. Worse than Greece!

Cons: The agent insisted I buy insurance I didn't want and would not let me rent the vehicle without it.

Pros: Great and fast service. The office is a little ride from the airport but the shuttle is driving back and forth.

Cons: I needed to changed the car I got initially due to a flat tyre and both cars were a bit damaged on the back door.

Cons: On arrival there was not an agent to show me the car so I had to take photos of an existing scratch to prove it was not me . The agent at return recognised this so it wasn't a problem. There was a bit of a delay with return bus but nothing major. All staff lovely

Pros: Centauro always give a fair price for the rental of the vehicle. I have never had issues with them regarding any unfounded damage when the car is returned. Pick up and drop off times at the airport is reasonable. There are generally no issues or concerns when using Centauro

Cons: On this occasion the car provided had a lot of damage to the bodywork. In fairness it was well documented and there was no attempt to not show on the paperwork. However the car mechanically needed a service as the indicator light and a message telling me this kept appearing when the car was started. I also had to inflate one of the tyres twice during my holiday as the tyre light kept coming on as the tyre was clearly losing air. This vehicle had issues that needed attention

Cons: Given car with fuel level a quarter below full when contract was full to full. Hadto pay deposit for missing quarter tank of fuel. Impossible to gauge when adding fuel to return. Will now take 10 days to get our money back.

Pros: Good service: good price, new cars, fasr pick up and drop off, friendly personal, no additional fees . It is possible to use debit cards ( deposit 1100 euro if you don t buy insurance)

Pros: Centauro gave me one kia ceed white color, all damage 😂 it's shame to rent this car, and specifically with me, a good customer for many years with centauro

Cons: The rental shuttle was not as frequent as advertised. The agent did not discuss what car models were available before assigning me a model that was not comparable to what I had booked.

Pros: Charger 450Eur for bogus scratch. Agent was not concerned and said to figure out with Discover Cars. Nothing I could do to contest it as she just processed it without my consent.

Pros: Centauro is always one of our preferred choices for car hire. We had mechanical problems with the car however very quickly resolved by replacing car within a few hours. Excellent service all round.

Cons: I did not like the lady who first of all in an impolite way informed me that I'd be served last (even though I was first in line) because I did not reserve through Centauro and than would stubbornly insist that I should pay for extra insurance even though I have firmly declined the offer.

Cons: They earn money on minor scratches. They tried to charge us for a peace of dirt on the door claiming that this is a scratch. We cleaned it with a napkin after a long discussion with a manager. Luckily he agreed it was a dirt, not a scratch. I saw a couple next to us who was charged for a scratch under the bumper, below even an eye level.
