Ok Mobility at Valencia Airport

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: I was not able to get the manual car paid for upon booking. I find automatic cars harder to drive.

Pros: Fast enough, kind and smiley lady at terminal

Cons: unfriendly guy at pick up, also, he didn't want to come out to see the additional damages which were not part of the car's description/contract - he said ''take pics or videos'', yet, the contract invited to flag and record any damages before leaving the car rental. Finally, still waiting for the end of the contract documentation almost 24hrs from return, only received an email saying that it's all pending. Guy I returned car to checked damages and fuel and said it was all good...

Cons: We had to go back to the pick up station 3 times in order to get out of the car park gates and we’re not given a clear instruction on how to exit (turns out we had not been provided a ticket to get out). This wasted quite a lot of time. On another point, understanding my case is perhaps quite niche, I had selected a car specifically to fit my bike box. I was told by the agent at check in that the box was unlikely to fit in any cars - but it did (thankfully!) this wasn’t very helpful advice.

Cons: As with most car hire companies the queuing wait time

Pros: Tried to up sell to another car, another insurance, road side assistance etc would have coat more than the car. Checked in on line but made no difference in check in as had to do it all again. One reason we booked it was for speed and that did not happen.

Pros: the first car was an MG. This is a terrible Chinese company, I had a problem with starting the car, I had to call assistance and have the car towed to the airport to exchange it for another one.

Cons: the representative at the pick up desk wouldn't stop pushing buying tow truck insurance. It was highly annoying. He must have asked more Thant 10 times. It sounded like he was doing it to earn commissions not for my interest.

Cons: Pressure selling insurance that I had already purchased from a third party. The agent at the desk asked me to present my card for payment, but when I checked the amount that was to be charged to my card, it included the excess insurance, which I had not asked for. I question the legality of this and suggested it is investigated.

Pros: Long line at the desk, numbers we took from the ticket machine never came up at the waiting screen. If we not tell them that it wasn’t working we wait 2 hours instead of one hour. And we have to pay €180 for 4 days for paying everything of on the car for damage, while a paid on the site of Discovery cars everything of. NEVER NEVER i will book any car at Discovery car and OK Mobility

Pros: Friendly and helpful friendly front desk employees, the check in went smooth.

Cons: The phone support is a disaster. We had an incident and were in the need to replace the car. I've called customer support service 4 times and every time haven't been provided with clear instructions nor called back. I the very end I had to drive the damaged car by myself to the drop off location.

Cons: The front desk agent tried to force us to buy 150 EUR+ insurance even though we have informed him that we have full cover already from Discover cars. He was not polite and only gave us the key after we accepted to take all the risk on our own, stated 3 times for clarity.

Cons: They wanted to sell us another insurance, which we had already booked online (full coverage). Very annoying these surprises. As we felt pressured by the situation we paid €120 for 5 days of insurance. Does not feel right as we already paid for full coverage insurance during booking.

Pros: Honesty. Ok mobility did not like other companies try to blame scratches and car bumps on you that was already there.

Pros: The checkout process in Valencia was fast

Cons: The car was given to me dirty on the exterior and made it hard to assess condition in addition to be in a dark garage. Also, the check in process in Lisbon was odd in that the OK Mobility staff member asked for me for the checkout report from Valencia which is all digital and he should already have since this is the same rental car company. I had to open my laptop and find the digital forms I was sent while checking out. An inconvenience.

Cons: I tried to extend my rental, but it was really impossible. I'd like to keep the car in Murcia for 2 days more and return the car to Alicante's airport, instead Alicante's train station. The guy that I contacted in customer service, told me to return the car in Valencia and to take another one for the extra two days!! Also asked 60 euro extra if we wanted to change the return station from Train station to Airport. Zero flexibility, zero willingness to serve.

But they told me to set it up myself, saying they couldn't help despite having 4 idle staff. 2. To exit the Valencia Airport parking lot, my rental car had to be registered in the parking lot, but it was not, so I asked the staff to confirm the registration. Pros: Picking up was great. We put in the incorrect drop off time. The gentleman was very very rude and abrupt. We never quibbled with it our error but there was just blunt you must pay!!!!!. No negotiation just rude. We have purchased a house in Spain and need to hire cars at least 6 times yearly and family that visit more. We want a go to Agency to use all the time we thought we had found one but this had put us off. Mistakes are made we were mad to feel very stupid.

Cons: Unfriendly staff very late at night and confusion over the child seat which we had booked and thought we had paid for. We had two vouchers, one which had it and one which didn't. Very annoying as it was after 10pm and we were in a group of 12 picking up two cars so everyone had to wait while it was resolved - at a cost of 49 euros.

Cons: Took around one hour to process the paperwork and pick up the car. Emailed them 3 days prior to returning car to ask for later return. Got their reply 4 days after we returned home and the contract had ended!

Eventually we found the drop off, and a bloke told us that earlier that week they’d moved to on airport. Unbelievable! They didn’t inform us at all. Took us over an hour to find them and they’d moved without informing us. NO consideration for the customer, and would not touch them again.

Pros: We have used OK and Amigo many times, nothing to complain about apart from one time when we were left waiting for our car when staff thought it had been made available. Have let us keep the same car when we have booked end on end which helped turn around time.

Cons: a little hard to find where to return the car as the address was not in the GPS and directions were not good. We eventually found it using google maps on a phone.
