Rental desk is located in the arrivals hall.
Due to the building maintenance taking place at Valencia Airport (VLC), from 1st February until 13th March, our office located at the terminal will be closed . AENA will have a sign informing that the customers should go to the car park where they can follow the signs for Goldcar to be assisted. Therefore, we will attend to all customers at the car park (not at the terminal).

Cons: Nothing, they are thieves! Never again with this rental company. The car was supposed to cost 170 euros and ended up costing 350 euros.

Pros: Despite them talking / virtually threatening us into their excess insurance - the car provided was better then booked and they included an additional driver.
Cons: Gold Car rep managed to pursuede us to take their excess insurance despite me having a separate cover by making it very clear that they ‘could’ make it very difficult to not incure additional charges when dropping off the car.

Pros: Drop off was really easy ....
Cons: pickup was a fairly heavy sell on upgrading the Insurance (I already had fully comp !) reception was fairly indifferent almost rude Spent 25 mins going over the vehicle making sure that all the small nicks were fully recorded ... staff kept stating 'not too worry/it's too small' wasn't convinced We were running a little late and didn't top up the fuel .... possibly 15 euros worth so the 50 euro penalty plus 25 euro admin charge stung somewhat .... Ok in the 'fine print' !

The cost of the fuel can range from 67 EUR to 212 EUR.

Mileage policy
In Sevilla, Malaga, Jerez, Alicante, Valencia, Reus, Murcia, Gerona mileage is limited up to 120 km per day.
Mileage is limited in Madrid, Barcelona.
For rentals lasting 1 to 3 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals lasting 4 to 6 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
For rentals lasting 7 to 14 days, mileage is limited to 150 km per day.
For rentals of 15 days or more, mileage is limited to 100 km per day.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km. To access unlimited mileage, the customer can purchase an Additional Mileage option for an extra fee. The amount of this fee depends on the vehicle group.
