Cons: Off site pick up took a long time, no signage where to wait for minibus. Voucher issuing machine & order of service was useless & meant nothing to anyone. Very poor processes in totality. Clumsy attempts to upsell to larger car & insurance. I recommend you simply quote a price, take all of it on day one for simplicity & have undamaged cars. We were forced to check the tyre pressures ( all very low) and fill up the windscreen washer tank (empty) so would like to hire a safe car!

Pros: mon vol a eu du retard, j'ai perdu 2 bagages èa l'arrivée, j'ai dû remplir des formulaires de réclamation, ce qui m'a valu une perte de temps èa l'aéroport de Valencia. A 20 h 20 je suis allée attendre la navette de la compagnie key Rent, l'autobus ne s'est pas présenté. J'ai attendu près de 30 mn, rien. J'ai pris un taxi pour me rendre à la compagnie. Jai trouvé la porte fermée avec un numéro de téléphone sur la porte. on a essayé d'appeler ce numéro, sans réponse. Je veux mon remboursement.
Pros: Friendly and quite helpful
Cons: Took a lomg time to collect mostly because of a customer in front having problems. The representative wasn’t crystal clear on reporting damage on the car. I was given no info on the state of the car, eg scratches already there. He mentioned something about taking pictures/video, but i didnt really understand what he meant. Also, he offered me the local insurance package, but i said that i alrwady purchased it from Discover…….
Pros: Staff were nice but were overwhelmed.
Cons: We waited almost 45 to an hour for collection. The car was dented and scratched all over. Drop off also took too long with 1 person looking after cars being dropped off and shuttling them to the airport. In the 30+ years I’ve been renting cars, this is by far one of the worst when it comes to the time taken for pickup and drop off. The credit had to be more than 4 months from expiry which is ridiculous. The debit card could be used but I had to buy additional insurance which is also ridiculous.
Pros: Had bird droppings all over bonnet. Car had damage all 4 corners and various other places. But this was to be expected from a rental company.

Cons: When I returned the car (in excellent condition and proved by the photos I took at the drop off point) I received a bill for €230 for damage allegedly caused by me but invisible to anyone unless carrying out an inspection UNDERNEATH the car! I also took out additional insurance cover to ensure I would receive no additional charges in the case of any damage. What is happening here? It feels like a huge scam and I want someone to come back to me ASAP

Cons: The car had very little "umph" and it looks like they double charged me for the rental. I did not receive a receipt when I turned in the car and they were rushed and not very concerned about the charge.

Cons: The car was damaged on both front doors, causing very loud wind in the car while on the motorway. The GPS was very clunky; had to use our phones. We honestly had to wait over an hour to get the car from landing at the airport. The area to collect the car is not clearly signposted, we rang (international numbers from our Irish phones) several times to find out where the guy was to collect us to take us to the car and we were told 'within 5 mins' several times, having waited 30. A nightmare.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A novice driver fee will apply to drivers who have held their driver license for less than 4 years.
Residents of the following country(ies): non-EU are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to pick up the car.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, flight information, boarding pass.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 90 days.
American Express, Diners is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
There is an additional refueling fee which will not be refunded.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge. Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number. During holidays, service outside of business hours is not available.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
