Cons: The car had extremely dirty windows on the inside, it took me about an hour to clean it - it was all greasy. I could not see properly throught the windshield, especally in the sun.

Apesar de o drop-off do veículo ter sido efectuado com o tanque de combustível cheio, a Record-Go só me devolveu 95,43€, o que é inaceitável face ao que foi contratado.

Cons: Called record go 2 days prior the commencement of the rental agreement to confirm i was able to pay the excess deposit for both cars. I was advised yes. On arrival the agent refused to allow me to pay for both cars, and forced us to sign up for some insurance product instead that cost more than the vehicle for the rental period. They refused to liaise with their head office and were generally unhelpful. The car stank of cigarette smoke.

Pros: WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. they leave me without car on the street with 2 luggage not even offer me a ride to the nearest airport or bus station at the middle of my travel. They told me to do things that at the end of the day I paid 200 euros for their mistakes and keep alone on the street without car and no booking reservation.I SPEND 800 EUROS FOR THEIR BAD INSTRUCTIONS plus a NIGHT in a hotel room, I was so worry and hopeless that day. Thanks God Alamo rent a car help me to get a car in minutes.

Cons: Long waiting time at picking up the car. They said our full insurance (for which have had payed extra) is not valid because we had not purchased it from record go. The car had many scratches so we had to spend some time finding all of them and making photos and videos of them.

Cons: For leaving the car, it was not efficient, waiting in the same line of all the pick up people. And then waiting again for the bus to go to the airport. Waste of time. More efficiency for drop off would be appropriate. Different people for drop off and picking up, different lines would be more efficient and faster.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.). If the renter is not the main driver, the following coverage is mandatory: Total Comfort Cover.
The deductible/excess amount is from 1100 EUR to 2000 EUR, depending on the car group.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Debit cards.
If the customer wishes to use Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Total Comfort Cover.
Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 2 EUR per day.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
For vehicles not returned in an acceptable clean condition, an additional charge of 95 EUR will apply.
A damage administration fee of 50 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
An administrative fee of 40 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 40 EUR.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 360 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
