Pros: I was scammed. I received a car without a valid technical inspection and the car was seized by the police for this reason. The police found that it also had major problems with the wheels and that the car could only be driven on the platform. They put my safety at risk as well as my license or in case of an accident I had no insurance, although I paid for additional insurance

Pros: car was nice

Cons: awful service. first they charge 60euro for late arrival due to airline. Never been charged a late fee in my life. 2nd this is not a meet and greet. the greet is 500m from the airport in the middle of a roundabout and to drop of the car is 15min from the airport. that is not a meet and greet. slow responses and clearly not a reliable provider

Pros: Alquicoche were flexible in terms of the car pickup. We stayed in a hotel near the airport so they arranged to pick us up from the hotel instead of having us go to the airport. Their out of office hours drop off process is superb with easy instructions.

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Mileage policy

Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information

Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Business hours

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
