Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: I had to wait 2 X 1 hours before I had the car. Once at the desk, I would sign anything to get away. The full to empty is a rip off deal: its not mentioned on your website I had to pay 35 euro for the "service of tanking" + fuel. The rental agent of firefly was unpolite, angry, aggresive and a criminal.
