I contacted the Top Car office who stated they would provide another car (a 1 hour and a 1/2 round trip plus the waiting to get sorted of our holiday)which I thought was unreasonable. I asked if they would deliver a car to us and said they would but would take the £700 deposit which I thought was unacceptable so didn’t push the issue any further.

Je vult thuis alle gegevens in inclusief creditcard en rijbewijs gegevens, of je bij de balie dit schriftelijk weer wilt doen. En dan gaat de dame handmatig alles verwerken in de pc, of een wel erg langzaam tempo.

All I can say is that if we didn’t take it, I dare say we would have been charged the deposit of £500.

The cars were not very clean on the outside and the wiper did not clean the glass properly.

Pros: Friendly staff who were tentative and kind.

Cons: MONEY STOLEN FROM ME, I had money stolen from me when I left a deposit. I was charged £736 taken as a deposit and they returned £562 and tried to claim it was a fluctuation in the euro! See you in court!

Cons: Our Fiat 500 was relatively cheap - so no real complaints, but the clutch was close to failure (having done less than 46k km mileage), plus there was a cigarette burn on the drivers seat when we collected the car.

Pros: the desk was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I was offered an upgrade for more money, which I declined. I also decline their insurance because I had my own. The was no sales pressure in either case. I would definitely use again

Pros: Asked once if I wanted the full cover insurance which I declined because I'd already got cover in place.

Cons: Kiosk in arrivals had two operators, and around 10 people waiting in the queue. We later discovered there were operators in the exit of arrivals but we was never called round, we were left to wait.
