Cons: They provided a car without a radio arial, so we had no access to a radio during our stay! I contacted the Top Car office who stated they would provide another car (a 1 hour and a 1/2 round trip plus the waiting to get sorted of our holiday)which I thought was unreasonable. I asked if they would deliver a car to us and said they would but would take the £700 deposit which I thought was unacceptable so didn’t push the issue any further.

Cons: Only problem was a few scratches and a bit dirty. The scratches were not marked on the diagram so had to take pictures.

Cons: They don't block the deposit amount on your credit card, they charge it, so when you get it back, you get less money because of currency exchat charges. Long story short I lost aroung £50 because of that.

Pros: The service provided by topcar was one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff at both the collection and drop off were extremely professional and helpful. If I have the opportunity I will definitely use them again.

The car was clean but windshield of the car was old, there was a lot of glare and it was difficult to drive driving during sunny hours.

En er werd gezegd alle kosten zijn inbegrepen maar of je nog wel even je eigen risico wilt afbetalen. Je vult thuis alle gegevens in inclusief creditcard en rijbewijs gegevens, of je bij de balie dit schriftelijk weer wilt doen. En dan gaat de dame handmatig alles verwerken in de pc, of een wel erg langzaam tempo.

All I can say is that if we didn’t take it, I dare say we would have been charged the deposit of £500.

I did complain and got told I would receive no compensation despite paying more and getting less of a service and car. Recommend not using this company if you can avoid it!!!!

Cons: Was supposed to be a VW, got a Dacia (not an equivalent in my book) was the worst car I've ever driven, red fault light came on after 2 days, they wouldn't believe it was a red light, had to drive it back to the airport, 60km round trip and ended up with a Peugeot (again not a VW in my book)

I had to take pictures of all scratches and dents instead of getting them all on a paper and look at exceptions. The cars were not very clean on the outside and the wiper did not clean the glass properly.

Cons: The car was a cheap budget car with very basic engine and terrible suspension and steering in the corners. Also was very dirty when picked up and full with scratches and damages.

Cons: A more efficient collection. In this day and age, paperwork should be gone and it should be tablet based. Uploading of ID and details of where you are staying could easily be obtained prior to the trip. Would speed up the collection process. An hour spent in a queue after travelling all day is the last thing you want to do.

They sent a replacement car and have now charged me, essentially charging me for 2 cars because the first one they sent was no good.
