Pros: Nothing
Cons: 2 hour queue to collect
Cons: Info line does not work at all. No one is picking up the phone. We have tried to extend our contract calling for 2 days few times with no result. There is automatic phone box but even we left the message with request for contact no reply.
Pros: The speed of picking up and returning the car and the possibility of paying by debit card instead of credit
Cons: The windshield was dirty and the car had no water for the windshield wipers, so it would need some more checks before being rented to the next customer.
Pros: The lady on the reception desk was very helpful. We had misplaced my husband’s driving license and credit card during the flight. Thankfully as I had made the booking she was able to use my license and credit card and a picture of his instead. It could have been a disaster otherwise. It was a very stressful experience but she remained calm and helpful throughout and kept the situation under control.
Pros: The agents were fluent in English and were kind and helpful
Cons: Somehow the pick up process was too long ( despite we used the same company on 3 of the islands). The Kia we got in Fuerteventura had very dirty windows ( inside and outside). Also the screen wasn’t working, and we were told ( and google search confirmed) that that’s an usual problem of those cars. So we were able to connect only one ( out of three) phones ( only vis the cable, and sometimes with a few attempts) for navigation. The iPhone didn’t even show. There was only one charging port

Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
