Pros: Topcar se retrasó 45 minutos en la entrega del coche cuando había una reverva y gente para atender a la cola de personas que habia. No tenian ganas de atender y deberian priorizar las reservas.

Pros: The overall communication was excellent, both at the counter and via email, responses were clear and prompt. The pick-up and drop-off were quick and straightforward, and the car I received matched exactly what I had booked, with no unexpected substitutions or surprises.

Cons: The car had quite a few pre-existing scratches and dents when collected. While this didn't affect the drive itself, it did cause some unnecessary stress over whether any of the existing damage might be attributed to me on return. My advice to anyone renting with TopCar, or any agency, is to thoroughly photograph the entire car before driving away, just to protect yourself.

This issue was however satisfactorily resolved upon return of the vehicle. With full insurance cover having been selected and paid is it really necessary necessary to take a large deposit? Others do not!

Pros: The car was damaged on the left side but the car information only had damage recorded on the right. So I had to take photos for evidence on return which caused me anxiety in case the didn’t believe me. I have had €42 taken by top car and no explanation why.

Cons: I paid extra insurance to discover cars at time of booking. When I collected the car I had to ether pay another €49 for full insurance or pay a refundable €900 if I return without damage. If I caused damage they would keep the €900 and I would have to claim back through the original insurance I bought. Extremely frustrating I have hired numerous cars and never had money actually taken off my credit card, and not it hasn’t been fully returned and I don’t know why.

Cons: Car a little underpowered

Cons: Not the car I booked.

Cons: We spent more than 1 hour in rental agent

Pros: Quick pickup, right in the terminal. Reasonable insurance.

Cons: Car was pretty dirty and pretty beat up. Kinda given for the island, cleaning the interior windows should be automatic. A wash and a vacuum would have been nice.

Cons: They don't block the deposit amount on your credit card, they charge it, so when you get it back, you get less money because of currency exchat charges. Long story short I lost aroung £50 because of that.

Pros: The service provided by topcar was one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff at both the collection and drop off were extremely professional and helpful. If I have the opportunity I will definitely use them again.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff are professional, polite and friendly. Efficient service.

Cons: Car was clean but it needed further cleaning, for example steering wheel. They should provide with a mobile phone holder.

Pros: All worked well after long queue at airport desk.

Cons: Excessively long wait at in-terminal pick-up desk, perhaps because of being lunchtime and/or difficult customers ahead of me.

Pros: Car was dirty when I picked it up.

Pros: Quick service and no hustle with return. Roll down the ramp on the way to airport and done.

Cons: All cars should have tinted back windows considering the location as it is sunny every day but I guess it is standard for all rentals so not really a complaint, rather preference.

Cons: The car pick up queue was quite long so it took us a while but it might have just been a particularly busy day

Pros: Quick service on the service desk. Helpful guys at the parking when we picked up our car.

Cons: We received another car that was mentioned at the document by service manager at the service desk. And lady at the parking cannot find the car))). At the end everything was good. The car was clean but windshield of the car was old, there was a lot of glare and it was difficult to drive driving during sunny hours.
