Cons: Very arrogant service. I was forced to take out full insurance, the Dollar agent said that I would definitely have to pay for the damage, because even the size of a pen dot counts.

Pros: They gave us exactly the class & model we booked, and it was a manual

Cons: We didn't have the option to choose from the available cars in our class, but that can be understood since there are a lot of people in the airport, and they don't have the extra time. My biggest complaint is that the car had 3 cylinder engine. It had some plus equipment, so idk why the company couldn't use the money to get the version with a proper engine instead.

Pros: It was fast to pick it up and drop.

Cons: The man at the counter was very pushy to sell me their insurance claiming I don't understand the rules of broker insurance and I am not covered for most of damages if there was no accident. Odd behaviour. The drop off was fast but I don't like when I can just drop the keys to the box and then need to wait for message from them that car was OK and there will be no other charges. I also must wait for the fuel deposit longer than necessary this way.

Cons: I wanted to know what I would get or not get regarding insurance. It seemed so easy on discovercars and now nothing happened but I was very afraid of something happening cause it felt the process with discovercars would have been complicated and I would have paid full almost 1000 euro to the rental company. We wanted to use the car on multiple islands but we were not allowed to bring the car on the ferry through discovercars and only if we would have taken the insurance through the rental.

Pros: Agent renting the car out was very efficient. Inspired confidence that the car would be in good condition. Assured us that all dents and damages were fully recorded and would be emailed out to my registered email together with the rental agreement. Polite reference to additional insurance and vehicle upgrade without hard sell

Cons: Return experience was bad. 1. The returning agent tried to accuse us of scraping the rear wing of the vehicle. 2. When I showed him the photograph that I had taken of the pre-existing scrape he relented but would not let me make a note on final signature sheet to this effect. 4. I later found the scrape on the attached photograph sent with the rental agreement as well- so this was deliberate mischief on part of both return agents. 5. How does this differ from shop-lift + return when caught?

Pros: It was fast.

Cons: Declarated was “Renault espace or simmilar” with picture of brand new car. They dont have any Renault espace. I received old VW caddy which is much cheaper. I wouldnt book it if I knew this. Rental desk agent directly billed me extra 250€ insurance without asking even I had full coverage. I had to ask more times why it is there and more times I had require more times put it away from the bill as lady was acting like it is term of rent.

Cons: Had I known how slow the rental procedure would be, i'd never have reserved the car in the first place. Compared to other rentals, my queue was medium size, but it took me 90 mins to reach the counter - and I was not at the end of the line - and when I finally did, the counters of other rentals were long free, clients happy on their way home and rental assistants chilling out.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 670.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
